In order to shorten the sale we have opened up the opportunity for driver s to sell their tarps prior to the auction. All presales are due to the WPCA office no later than 5:00pm, Monday, March 23rd, 2015. All presales must be approved by the race venue committee. Drivers and sponsors will be notified on April 1st of all successful presales. As a result not all 36 driver s tarps will still be for sale at each of the venues in the live auction. Be part of the action Building Your Canvas After you have purchased your canvas you will need to have a canvas tarp made for your wagon. This expense is the responsibility of the canvas purchaser. The canvas covering the chuckwagon needs to be 78 inches wide and 78 inches long. The WPCA can provide you with a list of businesses that specialize in producing chuckwagon canvases. Sponsoring a tarp is more than just an advertising experience. It s an excellent opportunity to give back to our employees and customers. By taking someone to an evening of chuckwagon racing, it gives us a venue to get to know them on a personal level, not just in a work environment. The WPCA offers the best drivers, the largest attendance figures, the richest purses, the highest tarp auction prices and best exposure for your brand in Western Canada. No other outdoor series in Western Canada can match the 2015 WPCA Pro Tour presented by GMC for thrills, excitement and true western heritage action.
