House Rules & Regulations 1. The Clubhouse is under the general supervision of the House Committee and immediate control of the club General Manager. 2. The House Committee sets the hours of operation of the Club. Note: with the GM s prior approval, hours may be extended or shortened. 3. Any food and beverage served in the Clubhouse or on the premises will be under the supervision of the General Manager and charged through the Club s accounting department. Food or beverages may not be brought onto the premises to be served to a member without being prepared, served and billed through Jeremy Ranch Golf and Country Club. 4. Members and guests are urged to use their charge accounts for all services and expenses. Members shall be responsible for all debts to the Club incurred by their guests. 5. Unmarried children of members, under 25 years of age, will have the use of the facilities of the Clubhouse. Children under 16 years of age are not permitted in either the men or ladies locker room unless accompanied by an adult member. 6. No person under 21 years of age shall be permitted in the Pier Bar if the Main Dining level of the club is open for service. On the days where the Main Dining level of the club is not open, minors must observe the signage and stanchion dictating a point where they may not go beyond. In such circumstances where the Pier Bar is closed for a special event, stanchions will be used to segregate an area for minors. 7. No dogs or other pets will be allowed in the Clubhouse or on Club premises. 8. Jeremy Ranch Golf and Country Club has a predominantly cashless policy. The only locations where cash transactions will be allowed are in the Business Office, Golf Shop for merchandise purchases and privately hosted events that provide a cash bar. All food and beverage purchases must be placed on a membership charge account or be paid with a credit card. 9. Cash tipping at the Club is not permitted. An automatic service charge of 15% will be added to all ala carte food and beverage tickets in the Clubhouse, on the Cart and Mid-Mountain facility. An additional gratuity line will be provided for those who wish to write in an additional amount to this base gratuity. 10. Club sponsored special events will have an automatic 15% service charge on food and beverage. You will have the ability to increase the gratuity amount by signing a bar ticket. Bar tickets will be used for any bar purchase and/or added gratuities. Reservations for special events are required 3 business days prior to the event and are subject to the 24 hour cancelation policy. You must cancel your reservation 24 hours in advance of the special event or your account will be billed at the stated event pricing. 11. Certain Club special events are subject to the following cancellation policy: If a reservation made for identified special events is not cancelled within forty eight (48) hours, you will be billed for food portion of the event. 12. Privately hosted events, both member and non-member, will have an automatic 20% service charge for all food and hosted bar services. Cash tipping is permitted for events with a cash bar since automatic charges are not included in cash bar pricing. 13. Every member will have the opportunity to contribute to our employee holiday bonus fund program. Employees will receive this bonus as a paycheck processed by Club management. 14. The Club assumes no liability whatsoever for articles left or stolen on the premises. 15. Any member or guest who willfully or negligently breaks or damages any property of the Club shall pay the cost thereof to replace it. 16. Golf hats or visors (except appropriate ladies dress hats) are not allowed in the Main Dining Room after 5:00 pm. Hats are permitted in all other areas of the Club. 17. Cell phones are not permitted in the Main Dining Room. Cell phones are permitted in all other areas of the Club and golf facilities. Members are asked to be courteous of other members while using their phone on the practice facility and golf course. Members are encouraged to use the vibrate setting on their cell phone while on club property. 18. Smoking is NOT permitted in ANY area INSIDE the Clubhouse. 19. Members are not, under any circumstance, to reprimand an employee. Any action, which is felt not to be consistent with Club policies, is to be reported to the management for correction. No member will have any inappropriate physical contact with employees. Violators may be subject to suspension or expulsion from the club. 20. Any member observing a violation of the above rules shall report the same to the General Manager, who shall report them to the House Committee. A letter from the House Committee may notify the member in violation that s/he could be suspended from the Club with possible expulsion for continued violations. 21. The Clubhouse does not have any food or beverage services available to the membership on Mondays throughout the year. EXCEPTIONS ARE CERTAIN MONDAY HOLIDAYS AND OTHER PREDETERMINED DATES. The Clubhouse is closed on Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years day. 22. The above rules will not be changed or in any way altered or amended, except at a regular or special meetings of the Board of Directors.

Tank tops, tee shirts, athletic shorts, jeans, etc. are not permissible. Women s shorts and/or golf skirts must be of current fashion. Golf slacks, culottes and sleeveless tops are permitted; halters, midriffs, short-shorts, and jeans are not permitted. Jeremy Ranch is a spikeless club. Cleated field shoes (soccer, football, etc.), hiking boots and athletic shoes with lug type soles are not permitted. It may not have been the shot you Clubhouse Dress Code Policy Appropriate golf course attire is welcome in the clubhouse. Fashionable and appropriate denim wear is also acceptable in the clubhouse. Not acceptable and deemed inappropriate are: Torn, tattered, unclean, or obscene clothing, running shorts, sweats, tube tops, tank tops, bare midriff clothing, and hats worn backwards. Men s and Ladies hats are not allowed in the Main Dining Room after 5:00 pm (except Ladies appropriate dress hats). Hats are permitted in all other areas of the Clubhouse. All trousers and shorts must fit and be worn at the waist. All trousers and shorts may not be excessively large, baggy or long. Shoes, sandals or other appropriate footwear must be worn in the clubhouse at all times. The Board of Directors has authorized Club Management to refuse access to the Clubhouse, Golf Course and other facilities to anyone they deem inappropriately dressed. Regarding your children and dependents, please be aware of what they wear to the club.
