CONDITIONS AND BENEFITS A DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EACH SPONSORSHIP LEVEL... The Red Bluff Round-Up always likes to over deliver to their generous sponsors. Our rodeo partners are mentioned at least once in the print ads published in the local newspaper advertising the rodeo. The rodeo announcers do a fine job recognizing the sponsors throughout the rodeo and during the parade. Partners are authorized to tastefully use the Red Bluff Round-Up trademark as part of their advertising during the year and recognition is also provided at rodeo related events. TICKETS: Performance days and number of tickets are by request only and may be used for one performance or split over the three days. Sponsors must order tickets before March 21 to ensure seating in the sponsor area. FLAGS: 3 x 5 flag is provided by sponsor. Rodeo will provide specs for the making of all flags. Flags must be provided to the rodeo no later than March 1st. BANNERS: Sponsor furnishes a 2 x 4 banner. The banner will be on display during the rodeos various activities. CONDITIONS AND BENEFITS (continued) AFTER RODEO PARTY: Invitations to the after rodeo party following the Saturday and Sunday performances. Number of invitations depends on level of sponsorship. PARKING PASSES: Preferred parking passes on day of attendance included in the ticket package. Number of passes and type of pass depends on level of sponsorship. RODEO PROGRAM: Red Bluff Round-Up souvenir program each day of rodeo attendance. Number of programs and size of ad depends on level of sponsorship. **Please note first right of refusal is always given to the previous year s sponsor. Commitment for sponsorship must be confirmed by January 15, 2018. Arrangements can be made for payments in increments of 50% by February 15 and 50% by March 15. All sponsorship accounts must be paid in full by March 15. PROGRAM ADS: Ads for the Red Bluff Round-Up souvenir program are due by March 1. Ad size depends on level of sponsorship. RBRU program publisher will assist with ad design if needed. MEDIA ADS: Red Bluff Round-Up acknowledges all rodeo sponsors in special Red Bluff Round-Up ads at redbluffroundup.com with links to sponsors website. ELECTRONIC ADS: Advertising on an electronic board in the arena during all performances at appropriate sponsor level. Sponsors must provide high-resolution ad/logo on a disk no later than March 21. PUBLIC ADDRESS: Public address recognition as a sponsor of the Red Bluff Round-Up during the Round-Up parade and rodeo performances as appropriate for sponsor level. TRADEMARK: Sponsor entitled to tastefully use the Red Bluff Round-Up trademark/logo without any distortion as a qualified under usage guidelines in the year 2017. APPRECIATION DINNER: Invitations to the appreciation dinner held at the rodeo grounds the Saturday before the rodeo. Number of invitations depends on level of sponsorship.
