Open Enrollment Training Schedule July December 2018 OSHA, MSHA, DOT & EPA EHS Solutions Based in Reality Has your Safety Program lost momentum? Maybe it s time to switch gears! If that statement made you say, Switch gears? I m not sure which to switch! then you ve come to the right place! Since 1993, ETC Compliance Solutions has been helping companies just like yours, not only navigate the world of regulatory compliance, but also build (or rebuild!) a safety program. They have worked in their chosen fields and bring real-world experience to their training and consulting projects. For them, safety is not a priority it s a value! Think about that a value defines us and drives the decisions we make in every aspect of business from dealing with our clients, fellow employees, and the public. Does your safety program convey your commitment to valuing safety in the workplace? See page 2 for a Road Map that will help you on your way to valuing safety. mail@e-t-c.com www.e-t-c.com Training Center 5532 E. Grant Rd., AZ 85712 520.321.1999 Training Center 2516 E. Solutions Based in Reality OSHA MSHA DOT EPA Training & Consulting The Road Map to Valuing Safety in Your Workplace Creating a culture where safety is a value, not just a priority, is a great goal to have. What s the difference you may ask? As situations change in your business, so do your priorities. An unsatisfied client or an unforeseen problem on a worksite can quickly become a high priority. A value does not change regardless of what is currently happening in your business. An effective safety program must be frequently reviewed and tweaked to remain viable; it s not meant to gather dust on a shelf. Is your safety program a work in progress? If the answer is YES, you ve got the right idea! Creating a culture where safety is a value, not just a priority, will happen when safety is front and center every day. Let s examine your safety program. Potential workplace and job hazards exist. Have your company s been identified? Great! Are your written safety programs up to date? You are headed in the right direction! Are your employees currently trained and in compliance with OSHA requirements? Congratulations! You value a positive safety culture! Let me ask you a question... Was your last safety inspection or audit within the last year? We can assist you by conducting a safety audit or inspection! See items 1, 2 & 3. We can evaluate and assist you in reviewing, updating or creating a safety manual! See item 4. Have no fear! We can meet your training needs here! See item 5. ETC can help you! We are your one-stop-shop for all things safety! Here are 5 important ways we can help: Site Audits & Inspections ETC will visit your site, develop a written report identifying workplace hazards, and make recommendations to minimize or eliminate hazards. Consultation / Safety Management Services ETC will conduct a free consultation and needs assessment which will detail a method of approach that fits within your budget and time frame. ETC is available as an outsourced safety manager or we will mentor a designated employee to enhance their safety knowledge. Job Hazard Analysis ETC will identify the hazards of a specific job or process and make recommendations to minimize or eliminate the hazards. Safety Manuals & Emergency Procedure Guides ETC will review, update or develop a company-specific safety manual that provides the foundation and guide for a safety and training program that promotes safety as a value and qualifies your company to bid on high-level contracts. We can also customize a site-specific Emergency Procedure Guide that contains essential information for your employees in case of an emergency. (See page 5 for more details.) Training Options & Documentation ETC offers two training options open enrollment classes or training that is customized to your company-specific training requirements. Documentation of training is provided for your records.
