Proceeds to Charity Show Rules 1) The judge s decision is final 2) No liability can be accepted by the organisers or land owners for any loss, damage, accident or illness of riders, horses, ponies, dogs, vehicles or to any persons or property whatsoever 3) The show organisers reserve the right to cancel or combine classes if insufficient entries 4) Any persons competing or otherwise, when mounted, and all under 16 inhand handlers must wear protective headgear with the harness properly adjusted and fastened at all times; this is also strongly recommended for all in-hand handlers. All hats must have a BSI Kite mark with PAS015:1998 or 2011 or Snell E2001. Riders must wear safe and suitable footwear and all tack should be in good condition and safe. 5) All handlers of stallions must be over 16 and all stallions must be bitted 6) All ridden horses or ponies must be over 4 yrs. old 7) Please make sure you are ready to enter the ring when your class is ready to be judged 8) All dogs to be kept on a lead unless competing in the agility ring 9) Please tidy up after your horse/dog 10) Please take your rubbish home 11) In the event of adverse weather conditions, the organisers reserve the right to cancel the event
