Corrigendum 3 to the Request for Proposal (RFP)for providing,, Perimeter Advertisement Boards etc.on Rental Basis for the 35th National Games Tender No: 75/NGOC/2014-15 Date:05/12/2014 The following clarifications/modifications are issued to the RFP. Bidders are advised to read all the terms of this corrigendum. 1. The revised Equipment List (Annexure 6 in the RFP)is attached as Appendix I to this corrigendum. 2. Please use the revised BOQ to submit the financial bid. 3. The necessary power for operating the equipment will be provided by NGS. 4. The Selected Bidder (the Supplier ) shall provide all drawings, technical manuals, structural drawings etc required for the successful installation and commissioning of the equipment. 5. The Selected Bidder shall provide and install all cabling required for the equipment commissioning. 6. The Selected Bidder shall provide all accessories including software for ensuring the complete functionality of the equipment. 7. The Selected Bidder shall provide the necessary structures for installing the equipment. 8. The Selected Bidder shall be completely responsible for the operation of the equipment during the 35 th National Games and shall provide adequate manpower for the same. 9. The equipment should be commissioned 2 days before the start of the competition 10. Storage area for the equipment and general security will be provided by NGS. 11. For Perimeter Advertisement Boards, the content in jpg or similar format will be provided by NGS. The Selected Bidder will be responsible for converting it into the required format and displaying it. 12. The indicative layout for the Perimeter Advertisement Boards is given in Appendix II as a reference to Bidders. Please note that the layout might change according to actual requirements.. The indicative competition schedule is given as Appendix III.
Appendix I: Revised List of Equipment Category 1 to Category 17: Note: For boards, the pixel pitch should be 5mm/6mm/7mm. For outdoor boards, the pixel pitch should be 10mm /12mm/16mm. For Venues in which more than 1 discipline is being held, the actual days of competition will be lesser than the number of days indicated in the table below. For all categories of equipment: NGS reserves the right to refrain from ordering certain items in the above list of equipment, or to modify the quantities to be procured for each item, depending on the requirements for the 35th National Games. In case it is decided not to procure certain items, NGS may conduct the financial evaluation through suitable means after dropping those items. The Equipment to be supplied against this tender are grouped in to 35 Categories, as shown above. The Bidders may quote for supplying all the items in the 35 Categories or alternatively select the Category/ (ies) of their choice. For each of the categories selected by the Bidder, the quote should be submitted for all items under that category, failing which the Bid will not be considered for evaluation under that Category. PLEASE NOTE: The Selected Bidder will be responsible to ensure that the systems/equipment provided by the Selected Bidder integrate and are adaptable to any other TSR or Display equipment at the venue.
