USAV, JVA, AAU Affiliated: Member of the Florida Region of the United States Volleyball Association. This organization oversees and sponsors Adult and Junior play throughout the United States as well as governs the US Junior Olympics. All players, coaches, staff and official chaperones are required to be members of this organization. All coaches and staff pass a background check before being cleared to be a part of our Vision Coaching Team. member of the Amateur Athletic Union, which is a nation wide non profit organization dedicated to promoting athletics and fitness in youth. Player Expectations PLAYER EXPECTATIONS I will uphold the Christian values and mission of Vision Volleyball club I will always show respect and honor my coaches, teammates, referees, and the opposing team. I will take full responsibility for my mistakes and errors, knowing that everyone makes mistakes I will be loyal and speak directly to a coach or teammate if I have a concern or issue I will contribute to the whole- attending all practices, tournaments and team-building activities I will Contribute to a positive atmosphere on my team I will give maximum effort at all times and COMPETE

Parent Expectations I will support and uphold the Christian values and mission of Vision Volleyball club I will contribute to the positive atmosphere Vision desires to create on each team I will be loyal to the club and refrain from public negative comments about another player or coach, director or official I will show respect to all officials, coaches, parents or athletes of our teams or the opposing team If I have a concern I agree to contact the Coach a minimum of 24 hours after the match I will encourage and support the athletes at all times

Playing Time Considerations Playing time is not guaranteed for any player at any level Every effort will be made to give all athletes court time at tournaments. Playing time will be evaluated based on three areas: ATTITUDE, EFFORT, OUTCOME

Play United League Partnered with area clubs to create a competitive league and championship. (Top Select, Winter Park Volleyball Club, Toreros, 352 Elite, Lake Nona Volleyball Academy, 5 Stars Volleyball Academy, Ocala Power College Prep Team since inception 4 years ago 20 athletes have signed college scholarships

Coaches ALL Coaches are USAV IMPACT Certified many are Cap I and Cap II certified Combined Vision coaching Experience at a college, high school or club level of over 125 years

Teams- team placement Athletes will be placed with other athletes of similar skill level based on the requests of their families and club recommendation. Under Armour teams will consist of 10-12 players. This team will play a very competitive USAV schedule with a maximum of 3 National qualifiers. Fire Level teams will consist of 10-12 players. They will play a combination of 1 and 2 day tournaments throughout the Florida region. Ignite Level teams(ages 8-13) will consist of 10-12 players. The will play four 1 day and one 2 day tournament. Volley Starters (ages 5-12) They will train and play local scrimmages only.

Practice Schedule All Under Armour teams will practice/condition 5-6 hours per week. Practices will be held at Abundant Grace, The Rock School, Oak Hall School, St. Francis and Westwood MS. All Fire and Ignite Teams will practice 4 hours per week 10 s will practice 3.5 hours per week Practice schedules will always be posted on the website All Under Armour and Fire Teams will begin practice in November Ignite teams will begin in January Volley-Starters will begin in March

Team Schedules These are proposed schedules ONLY, they are subject to change. The schedule will be finalized after the team has been selected and the athletes have committed to the team.

Team Placement Within 24 hours after callback those players selected for the National teams will be contacted by phone. Each player will have to accept/decline their team assignment upon notification.* deposit is due via Paypal within the following 24 hours. All other team rosters will be released via website within 3 days of callbacks.
