DRESSAGE TESTS Entry tent opens at 0930 hrs tests begin at 1000 hrs Judge: Mrs Mel Tomlinson Intro B (2009) Restricted - Any horse and rider combination previously placed 1st in any 3 intro classes may not enter this class. See requirements in conditions of entry. Prelim 12 (2006) Open & Restricted - Any horse and rider combination previously placed 1st or 2nd in any prelim test may not enter restricted. See requirements in conditions of entry. Prelim 18 (2008) Open & Restricted - Any horse and rider combination previously placed 1st or 2nd in any prelim test may not enter restricted. See requirements in conditions of entry. Novice 24 (2012) Open & Restricted - Any horse and rider combination previously placed 1st or 2nd in any novice test may not enter restricted. See requirements in conditions of entry. Elementary 42 (2008) Open - Any horse and rider Combination. All test times will be allocated prior to event and no later than the Saturday before show day. Late entries and entries on the day will be notified of times once assigned. An entry fee of an additional 1 will be added for late entries.

DRESSAGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY 1. Closing dates: A) Entries will close 48 hours before the event date. B) A late entry may be accepted. Late entry fee of 1.00 will be applied. 2. Class entry & restrictions: A) PRELIM RESTRICTED combinations are not to have competed at BD or BE or Novice unaffiliated BD group 7 or lower. B) PRELIM OPEN open to any other combination. C) NOVICE RESTRICTED combinations not to have competed at BD or BE or Novice unaffiliated or Elementary. D) NOVICE OPEN any other combination. E) ELEMENTARY OPEN- any other combination 3. Class Fees and payment details: A) Entries can me made in advance on line via www.equoevents.com. Entry fee 11.00 per class. 4. Prize information: A) Rosettes will be awarded to competitors placed 1 6

DRESSAGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY Qualifiers: A) 15+ Horse and Pony Events- These classes are aimed exclusively for horses & ponies aged 15 years & over giving competitors the opportunity to compete at 15+ National Dressage Championship Events. To enter the Championship events the rider and horse/pony will be required to join 15+ and the qualification cards must be returned within 14 days of the Qualifying show. For further information concerning this exciting organisation & what it can offer for the older equine please contact us on 01588-650180, Horse15plus@aol.com or www.15plus.org.uk B) ESUK- This show is affiliated to Equine Sports UK taking place at Arena UK, Grantham, Lincolnshire on the 4th -7th August 2016. The 3 highest placed exhibits will qualify in each class. www.equinesports.uk.co.uk c) UK Riders- The UK Riders Challenge Competition has a threetiered competition structure. Local qualifiers are held at local centres. Successful partnerships then go on to compete at Re gional (date TBC) The Challenge culminates in the National Finals held at Arena UK (date TBC). Both members and non-members of UK Qualifying criteria will be the 5 highest test percentages (over 58%) in each dressage test at local and regional shows. All competitors qualifying in local first round shows will be given a qualification card to be produced at Regionals. www.ukriders.co.uk D) GFP Championships - All competitors achieving 58.00% and over in any test in either the restricted or open section will automatically qualify for our very own Championships being held on 11th September 2016. All trophies will be presented at our award ceremony on 11th December 2016.

Qualifier Championships & Awarding Organisation 15+Horse & Pony To qualify for the 2016 National Unaffiliated Dressage Championships (date & venue to be finalised) the 3 highest places in Intro, Prelim, Novice & Elementary will be awarded qualifier cards. ESUK This show is affiliated to Equine Sports UK taking place at Arena UK, Grantham, Lincolnshire 4th - 7th August 2016. The 3 highest placed exhibits will qualify in each class. UK Riders Uk Riders National Championships will be held at Arena Uk (date TBC). Uk Riders will be running Junior & Senior Dressage Tests. www.ukriders.co.uk GFP 2016 Championship All competitors achieving 58.00% and over in any test in either the restricted or open section will automatically qualify for our very own Championships being held on 11th September 2016. All trophies will be presented at our award ceremony in December 2016.

GREY FERN PARK TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Grey Fern Park Equestrian Centre shall not be liable for any claim in respect of injury or death to or of any person or horse, or any damage to property howsoever caused. It shall be deemed a condition of entry that all competitors have read and understood these terms and conditions and this shall indemnify Grey Fern Park Equestrian Centre or any person acting on their behalf against any legal action arising from any such incident. 2. All riders and owners are responsible for ensuring suitable and adequate insurance cover to include public liability, accident and indemnity is in place prior to attending events to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may arise. 3. If any combination of horse and rider is deemed to be unsafe or unsuitable for competing, the organiser reserves the right to intervene up to and including refusal to compete and expulsion from the event premises. 4. All cars, lorries and trailers are parked within Grey Fern Park Equestrian Centre at the owners risk. 5. Dogs are only permitted in the designated parking areas and must be kept on a lead at all times. 6. No horses to be left tied to lorries or horse boxes and left unattended. 7. No horse boxes or lorries to be mucked out in car park and all horse droppings must be placed in receptacles and areas provided. 8. Smoking is only permitted in the designated parking areas. 9. All children under 16 years of age must be supervised by a responsible adult. 10. All rubbish is to be placed in the bins provided. 11. Hard hats conforming to BS EN1384, PAS015, ASTM must be worn correctly whilst mounted. 12. Grey Fern Park Equestrian Centre recommends that approved body protectors are worn whilst mounted. 13. Permission must be sort for stallions to be entered into any classes and handlers must be 14 years of age or older. Appropriate ribbons worn in tail to indicate any horse that may require caution: Blue- Green- Red- Stallion Inexperienced youngster Kicker/Temperamental 14. No refunds will be given once classes have been entered unless cancelled by Grey Fern Park Equestrian Centre. 15. Grey Fern Park Equestrian Centre reserve the right to cancel or amend any classes or competitions as they see fit. 16. The judge s decision is final in all cases. 17. Persons who fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions, or any written notice, or verbal instruction given by an event organiser/steward may be asked to leave the Grey Fern Park Equestrian without refund of any entry fees paid. 18. Anyone entering competitions or supporters will have deemed to have given their consent for photographs to be taken and subsequently displayed on our website and other social media sites or printed publications, unless we have been informed to the contrary. I9. If your horse or pony is deemed unfit to compete by the Events Secretary we have the right to refuse entry and if necessary the appropriate authorities will be contacted. 20. Horses or ponies may not compete before the beginning of the year in which the age of 4 is reached. We have the right to ask for proof of your horse/pony age or refuse entry should it be deemed necessary.
