Early bird fee: $175.00 per team if postmarked before Wednesday, January 13th, 2016 Regular fee: $225.00 per team due by Friday, January 29th, 2016 Individual Registration: $50.00 per person, due by Friday, January 29th, 2016 Non-attending clubs are required to pay a fee of $50.00, due by January 29th, 2016 Remember: all affiliated clubs must register and/or pay for at least one club member, regardless of participation. New clubs are exempt from this policy. General Rules: 1. Each club is eligible to enter one team in each event unless otherwise stated by the organizing committee. If there is space following the early bird deadline, extra teams may be allowed for additional fee of $50.00. 2. All participants must be in good JFAO standing. Membership validity will be checked during registration (2015 sticker on membership card). Clubs which owe any money or inflation to JFAO will not be allowed to participate until all invoices are paid and information submitted. 3. The Winter Games are alcohol free events, as stated in the JFAO policy. There will be a zero tolerance if alcohol is found ($100 fine for first offence). 4. Participants must arrive 5 minutes before their scheduled event or may risk having to forfeit the game. 5. The organizing committee has final say in regard to all rules, scheduling and winners. 6. All sporting events are included in the registration fee. Individual registrants may join with a team on Saturday. 7. Results of the games will be announced at the dance on Saturday night. 8. Black soled shoes are not permitted at the gym. 9. Have LOTS of FUN!!! All clubs should review the JFAO Policies for additional general rules to the event. Middlesex Junior Farmers and JFAO are not responsible for anyone disqualified due to lack of awareness of the policies. There are no refunds on fees. Games will be held at Strathroy District Collegiate Institute (S.D.C.I) and Holy Cross Catholic Secondary School (same building). Please arrive at 8:30 am for registration. Page 3
The Games: Basketball: 1. Each team must have at least two females on the court at a time. 2. Each game will be 15-20 minutes in length. 3. All other Ontario Basketball Association rules will apply. Winter Games 2016 Indoor Soccer: 1. Teams will consist of 6 players and a goalie, with a minimum of 2 females.. 2. Games will be 15-20mintues in length. 3. There will be no physical contact. Volleyball: 1. Each team must have at least 2 females on the court at a time. 2. Each team will play games of 20 minutes, or 15 points, which you must win by 2 points. 3. All other Ontario Volleyball Association rules will apply. Floor Hockey: 1. Safety glasses will be provided for each player. 2. Each team will play for 15-20 minutes. Page 4
3. Teams will consist of 4 players and a goalie, with a minimum of 2 females. 4. There will be no physical contact. Badminton: 1. Two on two with minimum of one female on the court per team. 2. All games will be timed for 15-20 minutes. 3. All Ontario Badminton Association rules will apply. Dodge ball: 1. Teams will consist of at least 3 girls on the floor at once, with the maximum number of players per the smallest team competing. (Ex. Middlesex has 10 members and Lambton has 15, 10 players will be allowed to play.) 2. Each team is guaranteed at least one 20 minute game, the team with the most points at the end of 20 minutes wins. 3. Once a person is out, they are not able to come back in until the next round. Mystery Event 1. There will be two mystery events. 2. One mystery event will be taking place throughout the day and can be completed during your break periods. 3. The second mystery event will take place once all other games are completed. 3. Bring an open mind and enthusiasm! Page 5

-Dorchester Optimist Hall -1653 Richmond Street, Dorchester, Ontario -There will be buses provided to and from the dance at designated times. -You will be able to enter the dance through the Polka Dot Door... -Winners from day events will be announces at the dance! -Remember to dress as your favourite childhood character. There will be prizes for the best outfits! So get creative! -There will be a $2 charge to anyone wearing jeans or ball caps. Reminders: -Please arrive by 8:30 am for registration, with lots of energy and team spirit! -Make sure to book your rooms and send in registration ASAP! -Don't forget your JF card for the games and dance. -Dress up as your favourite childhood character, there will be prizes for the best outfits!
