Entries: The entry of teams is to be made via the FIE website. This entry of teams must be made fifteen days (by midnight, Lausanne time) before the first event of the Championships at the latest. - Entry by number (Annex 1) - document to be sent back to the Organizing Committee before March 1st, 2012 - Entry of officials (Annex 2) document to be sent back to the Organizing Committee before March 31st, 2012 - Accommodation and transportation (Annex 3 and Annex 4) documents to be sent back to the Organizing Committee (Transportation and Accommodation Coordinator) before March 14th, 2012
6. Accreditation: The accreditations of fencers, officials of the national federations and officials out of the quota are established on the basis of their entries on the FIE web site by the national federations. Please make sure that photos of all fencers are downloaded to the FIE web-site. Photos of officials should be sent before March 14th, 2012 to the following address: photo@fencing-2012.com Photos requirements: jpg; resolution: 300 pixels /inch; size: width 420 pixels, height 600 pixels; RGB; named (country, name). 7. Competition Methods: The competitions will follow the current Statues and Rules of the FIE. 8. Equipment: The equipment and materials of the fencers must comply to the regulations (art. 9.4.4 of the Administrative Rules, art. o.7 of the Organization Rules, art. t.43 t.45 of the Technical Rules, art. m. 8, m.9, m.12, m.13, m.17, m.23 of the Material Rules) of the FIE. Fencers have to present their equipment at the weapon control the day before their competition. 9. Anti-Doping Control: Anti-doping control will follow article 5.6.1 of the FIE Anti-Doping Rulebook. 10. Entry Fee: The entry fee is 140 per team per event. The entry fee should be paid during the accreditation by cash.
11. Accommodation: The following hotel is offered for accommodation: RUS Hotel (4, Hospitalna Street, Kyiv, 01601) Single standard 72 Single superior standard 93 Single business-class 101 Double standard 81 Double superior standard 103 The rates include VAT and breakfast. An additional government tourist tax of 1% of net room rate will be added to the final bill. The rooms in the hotel can be booked by special tariff if you fill in the accommodation form (Annex 3). Attention! The last term of sending the forms for hotel booking is March 14th, 2012. 12. Transportation: According to their flight schedule, all the participants have to arrange with the Organizing Committee about the transportation from/ to Boryspil International Airport.
