I have spoken to Kevin in more detail the past couple months, and he has a solid understanding on how the numbers work as well as effect TS as a whole. The Matt White Plan to Win for the single "Love," is essentially a mirrored plan for what Dan, Kerry and I used to break Andy Grammar, "Keep your head up." Both singer song writers with a "special" song that fits the same marketing and promotion plan to market. The budget presented here represents the amount we feel we can compete and win with Matt. These are raw numbers and also importantly will be supported by our partner UMG. When we come to the table with a new artist and funding, they will come in with full support through their programs and initiatives to make sure our promotion is spread domestic and global. It is important to note that the amount used to break Andy Grammer's first single was about 35% larger. That is due to the fact that the owner of his label did not possess the relationships and know how to spend smart in a changing paradigm. When we were brought on to take a project that was going nowhere, we made him a plan to win and executed. We spend 0 on what isn't needed and only budget what gets results. We are also masters of stretching travel. The first single alone sold close to 2 million globally, and more importantly has brought in close to 3 million in revenue from iicense and pubiishing. The first singie aiso paved the way for two more hit singies and a piatform for touring, merchandising and revenue stream for the artist. That is what we will do for Matt. Our business model is based on competing with majors. We compete providing a better product, better service and better execution through smart spending.
