SAY YES to FREE DRESS Event: Free Dress Pack of 4 Days in 2018 Details: Uniforms starting to look a little shabby? Give yourself 4 more days of not scrubbing grass stains off those threadbare khakis! Sign your child up for the free dress pack. Not into costumes? No problem- just send them in QP Spiritwear. Don t worrywe ll send reminders the week before. March 1: Monster Mash Up- dress up as your favorite monster and scare your friends and teachers March 23 rd : Favorite Athlete Day -real life or fictional. Who doesn t wish they could play Quidditch? April 20 th : Alum Day- wear your parent s school colors or old uniform- if you can find it! Not a pack rat? Just throw on some Rad 80 s clothes. Totally Tubular... May 11 th : Boots and Bling Day- be a Rhinestone Cowboy (or girl) and have some fun! Hosts and Attendees: This event is open to all students. Belt West, Belleville Event: FRIDAY, AUGUST 10 th Come join your fellow QP parents for a night of food, drinks, and laughs at one of Belleville s best and friendliest establishments!! Details: Includes for each couple: Heavy Appetizers, To start, each person gets a choice of a beer, house wine, or liquor drink, Wine Tasting with couple s choice of one bottle of wine from the tasting selection, Beer Tasting with couple s choice of a of a six pack of beer from the tasting selection, NEED A RIDE TO AND FROM THE PARTY! WE VE GOT YOU COVERED!!! The hostesses will arrange for Uber to pick you up and take you home. We would love for you to stay and drink your selection of wine and beer but if you do not drink, you can always take home! McTeacher Lunches PK Through 4 th Graders Event: Enjoy lunch with Teach in the classroom, and have a happy meal Details: Fill out lunch order form with your kiddos so they may enjoy McDonalds with their teachers and fellow classmates. The event will occur the week of April 9 th - which is after Lent, so don t fret about Lenten Promises for this feast. And don t worry; we ll send a reminder the week before so no one misses out! Students Vs Teachers QP Volleyball Game Event: An epic volleyball game for Braggin Rights at Queen of Peace. Details: Open to 15 6-8 th graders. Sign up to play a game that will be sure to go down in QP History. The first annual Teachers vs Students, Guards vs Inmates, or Catholics vs other Catholics volleyball match. The game will be played during school at 2:00pm in the gym with the QP students in attendance. Pizza and soda will be provided after the game, with possibly an interview from ESPN Date: April 20th Hosts and Attendees: This event is happily hosted by the teachers and staff at Queen of Peace as well as the Pollocks and Tom and Jess Ysursa. School s Out for Summer! Last Day of School- Jump in the Pool! @ Tom and Jess Ysursa s House Event: School s Out For Summer! Students will kick off summer by all jumping in the pool wearing their school uniform! This Last Day of School Pool Party is Immediately following 11:00 dismissal. Head over to the Ysursa s house for swimming and lunch. Details: Estimated time- 11:30-2:00pm Serving Lunch: Pizza, Chips, Cookies, Drinks Drop Off Your Kids Off!!! Stay to get the awesome pics, then enjoy some free time. Hosts and Attendees: This event is happily hosted by Tom and Jess Ysursa and open to 12 children. Drop and Shop Kids Party in the Gym Event: Just what every Mom and Dad needs as the holidays approach. A stress free night to get some holiday shopping done without the kids!! Everyone wins on this deal! While the parents get an evening out to shop, eat and relax.. the kids get to party on in the gym with food, games and movies. All you have to do it drop them off at the door and we will take care of the rest! Kids will have fun deciding between playing X-Box, PS4 games projected on the walls, Three Point and Free Throw contest, Slime Making & Craft Station, Kick Ball Tournament, Bags, and MORE! Pizza, Snacks and Drinks are all provided. Details: Just drop off your kids. We will provide everything else. Drop off starts at 5:00 pm and pick up anytime up until 11:30pm. Date: Saturday, November 10, 2018-Don t fret! We ll send out reminders closer to the date. Cheaper than your average sitter that just sits on the couch and stares at their phone all night!
