2015 Senior Asian Belt Wrestling Alysh Men and Women Tehran -06-07.Aug.2015 Venue and Date : The Asian Belt wrestling Alysh will take place at Khane Koshti venue in Tehran on August 06-07.2015. Technical Condition: The competitions will be conducted under United World Wrestling traditional regulations on two UWW approved mats in following senior weight categories : For men: 60-70-80-90-100 & +100 Kg For Women: 55-60-65-70-75 &+75 kg Each wrestler must undergo a medical exam one hour before weigh ins. Medical services will be provided by the organizing committee. Each wrestler must pass a medical exam in his home country at last three days before departure for the competition. The results of the exam should be recorded in the wrestler s license book. The sampling procedure and doping control will be conducted to IOC, WADA and UWW regulations Referees belonging to UWW international categories shall officiate this championship. Uniforms: The participants of competitions must be dressed in suits for a wrestling conforming to the next requirements: General : Chapan (Jacket) must be made from a cotton or similar material and to be in good condition; The Chapan must be in blue color for the first participant and red color for the second participant. The chapan must be such length, to cover thighs to their middle; sleeves of tunic must be long at most to the middle of shoulder; pantaloons must be white colour, and long enough, to cover feet maximally to the talocrural joint, or minimum to the point located on a 5 cm higher him;
Special belt breadthways a 5 cm, yellow color, must be beforehand tied in an on a belt flat knot. Length of belt must be such, that after stringing of belt, there were ends long a 15-20 cm and between a breast and belt there was a gap in two fists.(2.5 meters long) For men : Round collar white T-Shirt must wear under the chapan. For women : Round collar white T-Shirt with long sleeves must wear under the tunic leggings/ pantyhose must wear under pantaloons Hair cap(it will be given to all participants by Iran wrestling Federation) Referees: All referees must wear official uniform of UWW. Financial Condition The organizer is responsible to provide for food and accommodation of the delegations composed as follow for August 4 until morning of 7 August 2015: 6 wrestlers, 1 coach, 1 referee, 1 team leader Extra persons, replacement wrestlers and for additional days, will be charged 100 USD per day. Awards Teams who stay longer than two days before and one day after competition will pay for additional time. The organizing committee will provide individual prizes for each weight categories as follow : 1 st Place : Gold medal and Diploma 2 nd Place : Silver Medal and Diploma 3 rd Place: Bronze Medal and Diploma Entries Preliminary entries must be sent to United World Wrestling and organizer three months before the competition (June 15.2015) Final entries must be sent to United world Wrestling and organizer one month before the competition (July 4.2015) Any changes about team composition must be made in writing to competition secretariat 30 minutes before the beginning of each match. No changes will be allowed after this time.
Wrestling Regulation: The bout ends by reaching to 6 points. Duration of bout: One period of 3 minutes. In case of a tie an extra time of 1 minute will be considered. Points: 1 point: - To the wrestler whose opponent's feet slips out of bound. - To the wrestler whose opponent's body (except the sole of feet) touches the mat.(head,knee, elbow) - To the wrestler whose opponent fails to keep grabbing the belt. 2 points: -To the wrestler who controls or holds his opponent in an exposure position. -Pin: Performing a throw in standing position which brings the opponent's shoulders directly to the ground. (danger position) Caution 1. Fleeing the hold 2. Fleeing the mat 3. Refusing to referee's call 4. Committing illegal actions and techniques. 5. Refusing to grab the belt and lowering the shoulders. 6. A wrestler receiving 3 cautions during the match is disqualified If the body of attacking wrestler touches the mat while holding the opponent in exposure position no point is awarded to both wrestlers. Two points, last point and having caution in case of tie will determine who the winner is.
