10. PROPOSITIONS OF THE COMPETITION 10.1. Basic (general) information Propositions of the competition will be strictly applied without any chance for exceptions. FILA is the only one that can make possible changes. The World Wrestling Federation (FILA) has sat the date for organizing International Tournament "Ljubomir Ivanovic - Gedza", and registered it in its own calendar. In front of the WFSMN organizer would be Wrestling Association of Serbia, and Technical Organizer would be Wrestling Club "Partizan" Belgrade. Tournament is organized for the seniors in Greco- Roman style, according to the official rules made by FILA. 10.2. Place and date International Tournament "Ljubomir Ivanovic - Gedza" will take place in the City of Belgrade. It will take place on the 14-15. March 2014. in the Sports Hall "Voždovac-Banjica", Crnotravska N o. 4, Belgrade). The Hall capacity is 2000 seats and it has everything that is necessary for the wrestlers, referees, employees, press and all other things which are necessary for the good competition. 10.3. The rules of the participation The countries which would like to take part in this Tournament should be invited first by the Wrestling Association of Serbia, on condition that they satisfied all requirements to FILA. Every wrestler has the obligation to own the FILA license with the stamp for 2014. and individual passport. Every wrestler has to be, minimum, 18 years old, born in 1996. or earlier. The wrestler s ages will be determinated by their passports and FILA documents. The junior wrestlers may also participate with the medical agreement and parent s permission. Every wrestler is competing bearing responsibility for himself and on the responsibility of his National Federation. Preliminary application should be sent latest 14.02.2014, to the Wrestling Association of Serbia. Nominal application should be sent latest 01.03.2014, to the Wrestling Association of Serbia. The final list of the competitors should be given on 14.03.2014, until 14:00 hours in the Secretary Office of the OC (Wrestling club "Partizan", Humska street N o 1, Belgrade - Accreditation place). It is very important to respect given dates, if not, organizer will not guarantee accommodation. 10.4. Delegation and Technical conditions Delegation - according to invitation with exact numbers of participants for each country. The competition is taking place according to the FILA regulations. The competition will have seven weight categories: 59kg, 66kg, 71kg, 75kg, 80kg, 85kg, 98kg and 130kg. Weight tolerance is 2 kg. The competition is taking place in 3 mats. Every wrestler is obligated to have a medical check in its own country, three days before the competition (medical check has to be written in the license of the competition). The medical check. will be performed day before the official weight in. The organizing committee bears the expenses of the first aid at the competition.
The possible expenses of the hospitalization and medical treatment are taken by the National Federation or by the competitor himself. This also includes bearing the expense for the possible injures and getting ill during the competition. The team standing is determined according to the FILA regulations, based on the individual standing of the wrestler from 1-10 place. In the case of equal points, two or more teams, better position takes the team with better individual standing. Referees This competition can be judged only by the referees with the international class with FILA category. The clinic for referees is taking place on 14.03.2014. in Hotel "Srbija", Ustanička Street. N o 127, Belgrade, from 14:45 to 15:45 hours. The participation at the Referee Clinic is necessary. The referees are obligated to show up in regular clothes according to the regulations made by FILA. FILA is deciding who will be the main referee of the Tournament. Expenses made by the main referee will take the organizer of the competition according to the FILA regulations. 10.6. Awards Organizing committee will award competitors in every weight category: I place: ll place: lll place: III place: Golden medal, diploma and cash prize Silver medal, diploma and cash prize Bronze medal, diploma and cash prize Bronze medal, diploma and cash prize The most successful team will get the permanent cup The most successful coach will get the cup The most successful referee of the Tournament will get the special prize The most successful competitor of the Tournament will get the cup. 10.7. Official Ceremonies Every team is obligated to obey the program of the competition and to participate in the opening and closing ceremony of the competition. The participating countries are also obligated to bring the national flag 100x150 cm, the tape or cd with recorded national anthem. 10.8. Financial Conditions
Every country that participates in this Tournament bears the traveling expenses to Belgrade and back. The organizer bears the expenses of the local transport (airport, train station, bus station) hotel- Hall, according to the competitor s applications. Accommodation fee cost: 40 EUR per day per person. If there are more delegated members then it is provided in the article 10.4, they have to pay 60 per day for the each person to the organizer. Every team that signed up the competitors and show up with less competitors is obligated to pay the organizer for every signed up competitor 50 per day for each person. The delegations which arrive before 14. March 2014. and stay longer then it is said in the application, pay for their staying to the 50 per day for each person. 10.9. Accommodation, Meals and Transport Organizing committee will provide free transport, for the delegations, from the airport, train station Belgrade to the hotel or to the Sports Hall. The accommodation and meals are provided in hotel: Hotel "Srbija", Ustanička Street. N o 127, Belgrade. 10.10. Journalists The expenses for the journalists are taken by the National Federation or themselves personally, 60 per day which also includes every other present member of the delegation and are not planned by the structure of the delegation. The accreditation form for the have been sent to every National Federation. Press center: sports Hall is opened every day from 09:00 to 20:00 hours. It is possible to take the TV cameras and photo cameras in, but it is necessary for every journalist to be accredited. 10.11. Applications You can apply for the competition by filling in the application form based on the delivered invitation to the participating country. Preliminary: 14.02.2014. Nominally: 01.03.2014. Finally: 14.03.2014. until 14:00 hours. For the possible separate visa, please contact consular department in your country.
