Hole Sponsor Signage: If Blue Heron Pines is handling your hole sponsor signage all pertinent information for your signs need to be given to Director of Golf Sales via email one week prior to event. Players List: One week prior to your tournament. Blue Heron Pines will need a copy of the players list for the event. We will print hole assignments and score cards for the tournament. Rain Dates: Blue Heron Pines does not schedule rain dates. If golf is cancelled due to weather and the course is deemed unplayable by Blue Heron Pines Management, each golfer will receive a rain check for greens fee and cart to return to Blue Heron Pines. All banquets scheduled for the date of the event will take place. All guaranteed counts for both golf and banquet portions of the tournament are to be paid in full on the day of the event.
