Welcome to the Sonoran Sunset - a time to enjoy old & new associates under a beautiful night in the desert! This easy-going environment lends itself to socializing and networking. The furniture theme is comfortable and casual. Lit by strings of glittering bistro lights throughout, attendees will discover the West through a series of themed areas: a bourbon tasting bar, a fire pit, complete with s mores, lots of lounge seating, highboy seating and a regular bar, and a designated lounge to watch March Madness on a super large screen. Look #1: The Future is Bright CELEBRATING THE STARS! In a room filled with Pharmacyclic stars, stars and starlight provide the theme. With vibrant, glowing shades of blues and whites, and cascades of stars projected on the walls, an upscale, dramatic, yet casual tone is established. Guests enter the room and are immediately wowed by 16 ft fabric teal glowing columns surrounding blue spandex glow tables, which are, in turn, surrounded by modern white, comfortable chairs. Centerpieces will be mixed white florals dramatically lit by glow ice in cylinders. The end result a dazzling, otherworldly environment in which to celebrate your stars. www.accessdmc.com

Look #2: Under the Desert Sky CELEBRATING THE STARS! Inspired by the beauty and drama of an Arizona sunset, the ballroom will be transformed using vibrant oranges and purples. This is a warm and casually sophisticated look, starting with purple ombre linen covered tables mixed with orange glow tables. Bronze and white chairs will compliment the tables with glow cacti centerpieces paired with floral cylinders. Further, starry skies, cactuses and mountains will be subtly projected onto the walls to surrounding the attendees with a nighttime desert feeling.
