Why HL2024 is the world s best working constant flow regulator HL2024 is the first successful marriage between high-performance synthetic material and custom made spring steel in a constant flow product. We found that this unique marriage is the only way to ensure high accuracy and long lasting performance. The specially designed injection moulding process ensures internal product dimensions, exact to thousands of a millimetre. This is vital to the correct functioning of the product. The high-performance synthetic material that holds the spring steel element in HL2024 Flow Regulators is not commonly used in sanitary products or flow regulation products. The material needs to meet more challenging criteria that we found in this particular material: high durability, enough flexibility, high temperature tolerance and high rigidity. HL2024 Pressure Independent Flow Regulators The only flow regulator certified for pressure independence in the world. The balancing valve is shaped from high precision manufactured spring steel. It is flexible yet strong and makes up half of the flow regulating principle of HL2024. The steel is custom-manufactured to an extreme precision of thousands of millimetres. The mechanism of the balancing valve and the housing instantly reacts on pressure differences, resulting in a constant flow. The second inseparable part of HL2024 is the housing, made of a high grade engineering plastic that ensures continuous and precise operation. The housing is injection moulded to the lowest possible tolerances. This moulding process is continuously being monitored and fine-tuned if necessary.
