DAILY PERFORMANCE REVIEW Thursday, 9 th August, 2012 SENIOR OPERATING OFFICER S SUMMARY With the exception of an early morning signalling problem at Acton Town on the Piccadilly Line and a further signalling fault at Piccadilly Circus on the Bakerloo Line during the afternoon, there was a good service provided to our customers for the duration of the extended traffic day. Over the eight daily snapshots in place during the Olympic period there were only seventeen train cancellations and crowding levels to and from the Olympic events was well managed by the respective trains, stations and service control teams.
