Entries are open to Adams County residents. 2. All Entries Must Be Postmarked by July 1, 2016, to the address listed above so that your entry tags will be ready to picked up at the floral hall on Sunday. Exhibitor tickets must be presented to receive entry tags. 3. All entries must be in place before 6 p.m. Saturday, except for flowers and baked goods. Flowers have to be in Sunday no later than 9 p.m. and baked goods have to be in Wednesday no later than 9:30 a.m. PLEASE DO NOT ASK US TO MAKE EXCEPTIONS. Entries may be brought in starting Saturday 6 p.m. EXCEPT FOR BAKED GOODS WHICH WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BEFORE 6 P.M. TUESDAY. 4. Entry blanks are in the back of the fairbook. Please list the class category for each separate item entered. Exhibitors may complete in as many classes as desired, however only one entry per class is permitted. 5. Except for baked goods. NO EXHIBIT MAY BE REMOVED BEFORE 6 P.M. SATURDAY. We are not responsible for anything left after midnight Saturday. 6. The society is not responsible for any loss, but takes every precaution to prevent any loss or damage to the goods. 7. Baked goods must be put into a clear Ziploc bag with the exception of cakes. NO EXCEPTIONS! 8. Premiums will not be awarded on baked goods items as they sell at auction.
