High Level Background What is changing? ETA infractions will no longer calculate at the PO/DC/Item level, but rather, will generate at the PO/Shipment level. This enhancement will ONLY apply to the below ETA five infraction types. All other areas of noncompliance and actions within DPS remain unchanged.. Late Routing Request. Late Ship Window. Late Appt. Request 4. Fill Rate (Overages/Shortages) 5. Early Receipt (PrePaid) What is a Master Infraction #? When an ETA violation occurs for multiple items that travel under the same shipment, each one of those items will roll up to a parent Identifcation #, called a Master Infraction. All of these ETA violations all roll up to the Master Infraction ID #, 68 What is the value of this change? A reduction in the # of ETA appeals, offering a signafcant time savings to the resources assigned to the Toys R Us account. DPS ETA Non-Compliance Enhancement FAQ This document will provide answers to commonly asked questions. ) Q: ETA infractions will now generate at the PO/Shipment level, grouped under a Master Infraction ID. So what happens if I want to appeal only ONE of the infraction ID s under a Master Infraction ID, do I have that ability? A: No. Infractions that have a Master Infraction ID assigned must be appealed at the Master Infraction ID level. If you have a valid appeal for one of the infraction IDs, then reference that infraction ID in the comments field when appealing at the Master Infraction ID level. Example: If I had evidence to prove why Infraction # 4 was an invalid change, I would reference that infraction# in the comments field when appealing the Master Infraction ID # 68. ) Q: When the Vendor Performance team reviews an appeal at the Master Infraction ID level, will they decision each infraction individually, or review the entire sum of infractions as ONE mass appeal? A: The Vendor Performance team will review the entire group of infractions under the Master ID as ONE mass appeal, and ultimately make a decision based on the evidence provided. ) Q: I notice I cannot make an appeal at the Infraction Details screen anymore for an ETA infraction. Is that accurate? A: Yes. If an Infraction is involved in a Master Infraction ID, you can still view all the data associated with a specific infraction under the Infraction ID screen, but you cannot make an appeal. Appeals for grouped infractions need to be made via the Master Infraction Detail screen. See the SOP for further details on appeals. 4) Q: Are only ETA programs impacted by this change? A: Yes. Only the below programs are impacted:. Late Routing Request. Late Ship Window. Late Appt. Request 4. Fill Rate (Overages/Shortages) 5. Early Receipt (PrePaid) 8
