APPENDIX A NEW HORIZON PUBLIC SCHOOL STATE LEVEL INTER SCHOOL BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT FOR U-13 BOYS & GIRLS - FROM 2 nd to 3 rd Aug 2018 RULES BASKETBALL U-13 BOYS AND GIRLS: 1. The tournament for U-13 Boys and Girls will be held from 2 nd to 3 rd Aug 2018. Boys and girls born on 01/01/2006 and after and studying V to VII standard are only eligible to participate. 2. Kindly register your school teams as per Appendix D. Entry fee Rs.500/- be remitted through online/neft/dd or by cash by 24 th of July 2018. Indian Bank NHPS extn counter, Indiranagar, Account number 484669934, IFSC code- IDIB000N066. Online receipt/utr should be provided by the teams on arrival. Entry received after scheduled date will not be entertained. 3. Teams will play only MAN TO MAN DEFENCE. The team will consist of 12 players, 1 coach and 1 Manager. 10 out of 12 players have to play 1 quarter compulsorily i.e., 1 st qtr-5, 2 nd qtr-next 5, 3 rd and 4 th qtr any combination. In case of player committing 5 fouls or injured in the 1 st and 2 nd qtr the 11 th and 12 th player only be substituted. If 11 th and 12 th players not available, the team will play with 4 players only in the 1 st and 2 nd qtr. One time out in each qtr is allowed. A player can participate in only one category. 4. All the team players should play the matches in proper uniform (vests & shorts) with numbers properly printed on the front and the back of vests. 5. No protest entertained. Organizers will have the right to bring forward/postpone any match and the same will be intimated to the concerned teams. 6. Organizers will have the right to disqualify any teams at any stage (even after playing one or two matches), which is fielding upper class (8 th class) players. NEW HORIZON GURUKUL State level Inter School Badminton Tournament RULES AND REGULATIONS Age Categories:- The Badminton tournament will be conducted for students in following categories Under 11, 13, and 16 Boys Under 11, 13, and 16 Girls. The following cut off dates will be applicable for the categories: Under 11 - Born on or after 1 st Aug 2007. Under 13 - Born on or after 1 st Aug 2005. Under 16 - Born on or after 1 st Aug 2002. Entry Rules:- Each school must fill the registration form listing children along with birth dates. Entries must be submitted by 24 th of July 2018. Every child should carry an original birth proof document on the day of tournament Maximum 4 players can participate in each category from each School. Players found to be over age will not be allowed to participate in the tournament. Top 25 State Ranking players will not be allowed to participate in the tournament.
