We have enclosed the general supplementary regulations and the entry form for the meeting. Once again we have only one entry form for both Friday practice and the race meeting itself. Please ensure that you complete all the required details on the entry form including the disclaimer on the back as well as the payment summary. Payment can be made by cheque or direct deposit as per the summary sheet. Please also ensure that all documents are dated & signed. Documentation check will again be available on the Friday. If you utilise this option you (or a representative of your team) may need to return to Garage 34 for Targeted Scrutiny check and Pit Lane wristbands on the Saturday morning at your category s allocated document check time. If you wish to hire a garage, please use the enclosed form, and remember they get allocated on a first in first served basis. We have also enclosed a fuel order form for you to fill out and return to Just Fuel before the meeting, remember there is a strict allowance of 60 litres of fuel to be in the garages, transporters or in the open per competitor. 2013 Victorian State Circuit Racing Championships Rd 3 SANDOWN INTERNATIONAL MOTOR RACEWAY 19 21 July 2013 General Supplementary Regulations AUTHORITY The event will be conducted under the International Sporting Code of FIA, the National Competition Rules (NCR) and Race Meeting Standing Regulations of the Confederation of Australian Motor Sport Limited (CAMS), the 2013 Victorian State Circuit Racing Championships Series Regulations; the Sandown Raceway Standing Venue Regulations and these General Supplementary Regulations and any Further Regulations or instructions that may be issued. The activities will be conducted at Sandown International Raceway and cars will circulate in an anticlockwise direction of the 3.1 km National Circuit. ENTRIES Entries will open on publication of the Supplementary Regulations and close on Friday 5 th July 2013 except for the Friday practice activity for which entries close 09.00am Friday 19 th July. Competitors are reminded of clause 83 of the NCR s of the CAMS Manual of Motorsport regarding refusal of entries. The entry fee will be $160.00 GST Inc for the Friday practice activity, and for the Saturday/Sunday will be $380.00 GST Inc for entries received up to 29 th June 2013, and $410.00 GST inc. thereafter up until the closing date. The maximum number of entries accepted for the meeting will be 356. A surcharge of $120 including GST applies to any entry which nominates for more than one class with the same driver. In these cases the driver must indicate on the entry form his/hers first and second choice of which category they would like to run. A separate full entry fee is payable if the cross entry is for the same vehicle but with a different driver. A separate full entry fee is also payable if a driver enters more than one category with a different vehicle. Each Competitor must hold a CAMS Competition Licence unless they comply with (a) or (b) below. Each Driver must hold a minimum of a CAMS Provisional Circuit competition licence unless noted otherwise against a particular event or specified otherwise in the Sporting Regulations for the relevant Championship/Cup/Series/Trophy/etc or; (a) Hold a Motor Sport New Zealand competition licence and Trans-Tasman Visa valid for the event; or (b) Hold a minimum of the highest grade National Licence issued by a foreign ASN together with an authorisation issued by that ASN for the event; Such Drivers and Competitors: (i) Shall be ineligible to score points in any Championship/Cup/Series/Trophy/etc connected with the event; and (ii) must receive an authorisation to compete from CAMS prior to the event;

Protests, if any, must be lodged in accordance with Part XII of the CAMS Manual. The promoter reserves the right to cancel, postpone or abandon the event in accordance with NCR59. Timing will be electronic and each competitor will require a DATA-1 Transmitter. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry in accordance with NCR83. PROHIBITED SUBSTANCES During any event, consumption of alcoholic beverages in the paddock, pits or any other portion of the competition venue under the control of the officials is expressly forbidden until all practice or competition activity is concluded for each day. Any driver or crew member who is found to be affected by alcohol on the day of the event or practice therefore shall not be permitted to participate. Refer NCR 145A of the CAMS Manual OF Motor Sport. In addition, the persons concerned will be subject to the Articles of the Standard Operating Procedure for Alcohol Testing and CAMS Anti-Doping Policy. Competitors, crews or officials may be randomly tested for alcohol by a CAMS Accredited Testing Official (CATO) or other drugs at any time during the event(s). The CAMS Anti Doping Policy, as appears in the CAMS Manual of Motor Sport and as amended from time to time, is recognised as an integral component of the NCR and is duly authorised as such. In any areas where the National Competition Rules and the CAMS Anti Doping Policy conflict, the CAMS Anti Doping Policy will take precedence. INVITED CATEGORIES Vehicles must be adequately muffled to comply with noise restrictions. Fuel must comply with Schedule G of the current CAMS Manual. Qualifying/Racing will be provided for cars complying with the regulations for the following categories: Formula Ford1600 & Formula Ford, HQ Holden, Improved Production Cars (including BMW E30), Formula Vee, Historic Touring Cars Gp N,Sports Cars(Group 2Bi & 2Bii,2F & (including invited 2A FIA GT3 & GT4 5 th category Sa,Sb, Sc, Group T), MG/Invited British Sports Cars & Porshe 944 Sports Cars & Saloon Cars. TARGETED SCRUTINY Targeted Scrutiny procedures will be applied at this meeting. The appropriate Target Scrutiny documentation is a part of the event Entry Form and must be completed prior to return. Please note that this does not mean your car will not be subject to scrutiny throughout the weekend. Drivers will be required to present upon request their current CAMS licence, CAMS affiliated car club membership, and vehicle logbook (if issued). Victorian State Circuit Racing Championships Round 3 19 to 21 July 2013 SANDOWN MOTOR RACEWAY ENTRY FEES & GARAGE HIRE FORM TAX INVOICE ABN:86 521 689 027 Garages are available for hire for the weekend. In addition to the pit lane garages, Sandown has now completed the construction of additional garages along the Sandown Road fence. These are single lock up garages with power. The following options are now available 1. PIT LANE GARAGES - These are the same as previous years and are 8.5 metres deep and one car width wide. They will be at a cost of $200.00 including GST. With this option you are hiring the entire double garage. If you will be sharing with another entrant, please advise the name and car details of that person. 2. NEW GARAGES - These are single garages for one car only. They will be at a cost of $100.00 including GST. 3. CARPORTS - These are the same as in previous years. They will be at a cost of $100.00 including GST. 4. TRANSPORTERS-please provide the length of your transporter - Length metres If you wish to hire either of the above options, please circle your preferred option in the table below, and include a separate cheque for the relevant amount.
