I. GENERAL RULES 1. A Member s dues must be paid in full by March 31 st or the first 3 payments of dues must be satisfied to be permitted to utilize full member privileges. 2. The Dress Code must be followed at all times. 3. Parking lanes must be utilized at all times by members and their guests. Violators will receive a warning, a fine and a suspension, in that order if multiple violations occur. 4. All golf rules and regulations are In Effect during the golfing season, which runs from April 1 st to October 31 st. The Winter season extends from November 1 st to March 31 st. The weather may advance the start of the golf season or extend the end of the golf season. 5. Members and guests MUST register in the Pro Shop prior to obtaining a golf cart and beginning play. This includes any member walking 6. The course will be closed to all nonparticipating members/guest during the scheduled times of an approved golfing event. 7. All persons must leave the course immediately when the lightening siren sounds. 8. During the golfing season (weather permitting), carts or caddies must be utilized until 4:00pm. Walking will be permitted on Tuesdays at 2:00pm and Monday at 12:00pm. This regulation pertains to Members and their Guests who are (16) years of age or older. Immediately after Labor Day, walking will be permitted at 3:00pm 9. Metal spikes are not permitted at any time. It is the member s responsibility to make sure their guests conform to this rule, for, if they have metal spikes on, they will not be allowed to play. 10. The Club Manager, Golf Professional and Grounds Superintendent will have responsibility for enforcement of items 1 through 9 as they may pertain to their specific areas of control. II. STARTING TEE TIMES (PHONE 654-9242) 1. Starting times must be used each day of the week. Members may call the Pro Shop beginning at 12:00pm on Monday of each week to reserve starting times for the following weekend. Names of the entire foursome must be given to the Pro Shop upon reserving tee times. Members are encouraged to use our online Tee Time software which can be found at foxhillcountryclub.net or on our Clubster Application. 2. Players will NOT be allowed to begin play on Number 10 without permission from the starter or the Pro Shop. 3. Players unable to appear for reserved times must notify the Pro Shop as soon as possible. 4. Players arriving late for their reserved tee times will forfeit that time and must wait for the next available time. Please report to the Pro Shop upon arrival at the Club to eliminate any misunderstandings. 5. ALL PLAYERS, REGARDLESS OF IF THEY ARE WALKING OUR RENTING A GOLF CART, MUST CHECK- IN AT THE PRO SHOP PRIOR TO PLAY. III. MEMBERS (Monday Holiday) 1. Tuesday is Ladies Day. The Course will be closed to men until 11:30am. On Tuesdays following a Monday Holiday, the course will be closed until 12pm. Ladies Day will be observed on Wednesday (except where indicated in calendar).

2. Social members, upon payment of the prevailing Green Fee, may play golf three times a month (excluding member-guest and outside events). They may play twice on their own memberships and once as a golfing member s guest. 3. Junior members under the age of sixteen (16) may not invite guests to play golf. 4. For a hole-in-one to be recognized by Fox Hill Country Club it must be witnesses by at least 1 playing partner. The hole-in-one must occur during a round of golf. A round of golf is defined as the intention to play at least nine consecutive holes. IV. JUNIOR MEMBERS PLAYING TIMES AGES 11 AND UNDER: Must be accompanied by a Senior, Associate, Lady or Spouse member at all times. Golf fees will not be charged for these Members. The Pro Shop Staff at their discretion may allow any younger member, showing exceptional skills, to have the same golf privileges at the 12-15-year-old group. AGES 12 15: May not operate a golf cart. Play for members between the ages of 12-15 is permitted at: Monday: After 12:00pm (check with Proshop for outside events & course closings) Tuesday: After 11:30am Wednesday: Anytime Thursday: 8:00am 11:00am (off #1 tee) & after 2:00pm Friday: Anytime Saturday: After 12:00pm Sunday: After 12:00pm Holidays: After 12:00pm This age group may play at any time provided they are accompanied by a Senior, Associate, Lady or Spouse member at all times. The adult member is asked to consult with the Pro Shop and to avoid the heaviest played times. AGES 16-17: Players age 16 and older must take a cart when playing at all times other than when normal walking rules apply. V. GUESTS 1. Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests. 2. Guests are permitted to play golf twice a month (excluding member-guest and outside events) and must be accompanied by a regular golfing member. 3. Members should ascertain the guest s eligibility to play golf during any one month. 4. Members wishing to bring seven (7) guests may do so. The member must play with one of the groups, and the group must immediately precede or follow the member s foursome. Members may also bring more than seven (7) guests but must coordinate these outings with the Club s General Manager.

5. It is the member s responsibility to make certain their guests conform to the Club Rule concerning no metal spikes. If a member realized that a guest does have metal spikes on during play, they are expected to have the guest change after 9 holes or when making then turn at the clubhouse. VI. HANDICAPS 1. U.S.G.A. guidelines for establishing accurate handicaps will be utilized. 2. Members are to sign and attest all score-cards after each round of golf. All scores must be entered in the computer; members can enter their scores in the computer or request the Pro Shop to do so. 3. Fox Hill conducts handicap events and the handicap committee will be empowered to make any adjustment to a player s handicap based upon the scores submitted by that player. 4. There will be strict consequences for any member who does not accurately enter ALL SCORES into the computer. This behavior will not be tolerated. VII. CART RULES AND REGULATIONS 1. Players must request carts in the Pro Shop prior to its use. 2. No more than two players and two bags per cart. 3. Carts may be operated by individuals over sixteen (16) years of age. 4. Players are responsible for damages to their carts and will be charged for any damages while in their care, custody or control. Check your assigned cart for any damage or malfunction before starting out and report any damage to the Pro Shop immediately. 5. Always operate your cart in a safe and responsible manner. 6. Carts are not to be within 25 feet of greens. No carts are allowed in lined, roped-off, restricted, or practice areas. All signs must be adhered to. Carts should remain on paths with all 4 wheels on the path. 7. Utilize carts and parking areas whenever possible. When crossing fairways and rough, carts should scatter. Avoid driving in the same tracks as previous traffic. It is permissible to park in the fairway to hit your ball. Under unusual conditions, special rules may be posted and must be obeyed. 8. Any member who violates cart rules is subject to suspension of cart privileges and possibly all club privileges. VIII. CARE OF THE GOLF COURSE 1. The Grounds Superintendent has total responsibility for determining whether or not the course should be open for play on any given day. 2. Course Maintenance - Please repair all ball marks on the green. - Repair all divots: REPLACE ALL DIVOTS FIRST THEN ADD SOIL AND SEED MIX TO EDGES; IF YOU CAN T FIND DIVOT, FILL WITH SEED & SOIL MIX - Rake all bunkers smoothly and evenly. Rakes should be left inside of the bunkers. - Tap down all spikemarks you may have created. - Place litter in cans. 3. In general, try to leave the golf course in as good or better shape than you found it.

IX. PLAYING CONDUCT 1. Pace of play will be monitored by the Golf Professional, Assistant Golf Professional, General Manager, and Grounds Superintendent, or Ranger. It is the expectation of the Golf Committee and Board of Directors that a round of golf does not exceed 4 hours on any given day. Singles, Twosomes, threesomes, and foursomes falling behind the pace of play expectations will be asked to pick up from their position and move to the appropriate hole in order to maintain pace of play expectations. 2. Leave greens promptly, and record scores on next hole. 3. Never hit until you are certain that players are out of range. 4. Foursomes have the right of way. Singles, twosomes, and threesomes should not expect to play through a foursome. 5. Players who stop for refreshments after #9 hole should expect the following group to play through. 6. Professional Staff & Starters have complete authority to enforce all rules of play on the golf course. 7. Any infraction of club rules will be brought to the attention of the Compliance Committee by the appropriate department managers and/or starters. Any member wishing to file a complaint is invited to do so. Please contact Golf Chairman or the Club Committee. X. WINTER RULES 1. The Winter season shall extend from November 1 st (Standard Time) through March 31 st. 2. Green fees will be the same throughout the year. 3. Guests may play whenever they are accompanied by a regular golfing member. 4. Social members may play every day during the off-season by paying $30 on weekdays and $45 on weekends. 5. Walking privileges are extended throughout the Winter season. 6. Fivesomes will be permitted, but faster groups should be allowed to play through. XI.
