Post entries will be accepted on a space available basis with late fee. ALL COMPETITORS MUST SUBMIT WITH THEIR ENTRY, PROOF OF CURRENT FLU/RHINO VACCINATIONS WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF SHOW. A CURRENT COGGINS WITHIN 12 MONTHS OF SHOW DATE MUST ALSO BE SUBMITTED. EQUINE ENTERING ARIZONA MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A CURRENT CERTIFICATE OF VETERINARY INSPECTION WTHIN 30 DAYS OF ENTRY. On-Line Entries: Visit EquestrianEntries.com opening day of competition. The signature page, Coggins and flue/rhino documentation may be uploaded in Equestrian Entries and submitted with show entry, e-mailed separately to Show Secretary (prior to your receipt of Fox Village entry e-mail) or presented at check-in. You can also use this system to fill out show entries and mail a check to Show Secretary at no cost.

Mail Entries: Complete entries (All signatures, Coggins, flu/rhino vaccination documentation and payment) to be mailed to the Show Secretary. No phone or email entries please. Make checks payable to TCD and mail to Paula Madden, 11311 E Conestoga Pl, Tucson, AZ 85749. A $50 NSF fee will be charged for all returned checks. Entry Cancellation/Refunds: Office fee is not refundable. Entries with written cancellation on or before the closing date will receive 100% refund of all fees minus the $20 office fee. NO REFUNDS after Closing Date even if original Closing date is extended. Entries must be received by 6:00 pm on the closing date. Non-Compete Horses: must complete entry form for number. Stabling, haul in & office fee required Ride Times: Preliminary ride times and a show schedule will be available on TDC s website, www.tucsondressageclub.org no later than Wednesday before the show. An entry confirmation will be e- mailed to rider. Emails must be valid and readable. It is the responsibility of the rider to inform the management of any time conflicts as soon as possible after receiving the schedule. No Shows: All No Shows that have not contacted the show office will be considered a scratch for the rest of the show and time slots may be filled. Scratches During Show: Competitors have responsibility to inform the Show Secretary in the Show Office of their intent to scratch a ride prior to the scheduled ride time. Scratches will not be accepted at the competition arena or with the Ring Steward. Scratches are not refundable. STABLING: Temporary 10 x 10 stalls with doors. Prices apply to Horse or Tack Stall. No initial bedding is provided and must be purchased on entry form or at the show office. No outside bedding permitted. Competitors are responsible for stall damage. When not stabling, a haul-in fee of $20 per date is charged. Stabling requests honored when possible. All horses on site overnight must be stabled. *If you are competing in the Fall Festival Western Dressage AND Fall Festival I & II, stabling requests and fees should be entered on the entry for Fall Festival I show entry form only. Stable Groups: If stabling with a group, provide one name to identify the group on each entry form for that group. Late entries with stabling requests will be honored if possible. However, late entries may not be stabled with their requested group after the stabling charts have been finalized, published and submitted to the venue. Bedding: $12.00 per bag. May be preordered on the entry form or from the show office. No guarantee of same day delivery if ordered after 2:00 pm. No outside bedding is allowed. Shavings only, no straw. Early arrivals: Noon Thursday, Rings are not available until Friday morning. Special permission is needed to arrive early, contact the Show Secretary. $50 additional Stall/Tack Stall fee applies. Smoking is prohibited in stall areas.

Use sharps containers provided in barns. Competition management may fine any individuals including trainers, owners, exhibitors or their agents up to $100 for improper disposal of needles or other sharp disposable instruments. ARENAS/FOOTING: Competition arenas are 20m X 60m with sand/dirt footing mixture. A sand/dirt footing mixture arena is available for warm-up, with a separate longing area. Longing is allowed only in the designated longing area and not in the warm-up area. During the show, competition arenas will be open for hand walking only around the outside of the dressage arena up to one half hour prior to the start of the first class. Mounted schooling is permitted in the competition arenas after the end of each competition day, weather and daylight permitting. NOTE: On Friday, competitors for the Fall Festival I & II Dressage Show will also be on the grounds for schooling and check in. Per WDAA rules, warm up and schooling for WDAA classes can only be in the warm up arena designated for the Western Dressage Fall Festival competitors. When schooling/warm up or competition, WD riders must wear their back number. Food/Concessions: Available on the grounds. Parking: No car of trailer parking between the barns and arenas. Trailers must be parked in the designated areas. Do not block the fire lanes north of the restrooms. Awards: Award and ribbon to 1 st place in each division, ribbon for 2 nd through 6 th place in each division. Ties will be broken per USEF DR 123.3. Individuals must not lead dogs on a leash while mounted. Dog owners are solely responsible for any damages, claims, losses or actions resulting from their dogs behaviors. Dog owners failing to comply with this rule may be subject to penalty under Chapters 6 and 7. No other pets or livestock other than horses allowed on grounds.

I have read the Federation Rules about protective equipment, including GR801 and if applicable, EV114, and I understand that I am entitled to wear protective equipment without penalty, and I acknowledge that the Federation strongly encourages me to do so while WARNING that no protective equipment can guard against all injuries. If I am a parent or guardian of a junior exhibitor, I consent to the child s participation and AGREE to all of the above provisions and AGREE to assume all of the obligations of this Release on the child s behalf. I represent that I have the requisite training, coaching and abilities to safely compete in this competition. I AGREE that if I am injured at this competition, the medical personnel treating my injuries may provide information on my injury and treatment to the Federation on the official USEF accident/injury report form.
