Easily customized Efficient to store, pack and transport Specifications Available in 10m lengths x 1.4m wide Can be customized to suit Six mooring points top and bottom Choice of fittings to suit specific needs Drawing of Dock The illustration is the standard layout; however the AiroDock can be customized to suit individual needs. If there is more than one application for the AiroDock, then the experienced design team will make it work equally well for each situation. For example, as in the illustration, the shaded beach end has an extra layer of neoprene for protection. For superyatch and waterskiing there is no extra neoprene layer, but an extra set of stabilizers is added as well as six D-rings or fixing points top and bottom. Standard Fittings Fixing points, where boats and jet skis are tied off and where mooring lines are attached. Valves beach and sea end The beach-end valve is for inflating and the sea-end for deflating. Extra valves may be necessary depending on the size of the AiroDock DIFFERENT USES Super Yachts The AiroDock can act as a beach or pontoon for super yachts. As well as being able to tie up multiple jet skis and tenders to the AiroDock, it will also prevent damage to the super yacht hull. The AiroDock can be used as a walkway from shore to vessel and provide easy access for yourself and guests. It can also double as a waterskiing station, diving platform and for sunbathing. The AiroDock can be custom-built not only for super yachts, but can be designed to suit a 30ft sailing boat. Pack it down, fold it up and store it under a seat in the cabin. Sea Planes Use the AiroDock to allow safe and easy access to shore for your passengers at a variety of locations. Set it up in minutes and offload passengers in comfort, no wet feet in any situation or any destination. Ideal for ease of use, very compact and easy to store. Take wedding parties, tourist and adventurers to locations without disembarking hassles. Allows you the freedom of flying in to difficult access areas and letting your passengers get to most locations Environment AiroDock has a low impact on the environment. Traditional wharfs often leach pollutants into waterways from both wood and metals which affect marine life shorelines and birdlife. The AiroDock is made from non-corrosive materials which do not break down or become unstable over time. Also, because the AiroDock is not a permanent feature in any marine landscape it does not impact on the visual landscape as much as wharfs or other marine walkways. It has a low profile and floats and rises with the tide, more in keeping with a marine environment. INSTRUCTIONS Land Use Set up the AiroDock on shore by placing the deflated dock by the waters edge. Inflate to operating pressure. Once at pressure, tie the two fixing points (D-rings) at the back of the dock to a solid object. Run two guy ropes on a 45 degree angle from halfway down the dock to a secure object. This will hold boats up to 10m. For larger vessels it is recommended an anchor is run from the sea end down to the seabed for added stability Super Yacht Inflate the dock out of the stern of the ship. Once the AiroDock is at pressure, lower it into the water. Run 2-4 lines from the fixing points back to the ship and secure tightly For best result ensure all mooring lines are as tight as possible to minimize movement of the dock. AiroDock is low maintenance but it is recommended that if left in water for extended periods it is advisable to pull it out every 14-20 days to check for any sea growth. Brush it down and check the fittings for any wear. A repair kit is included for fixing minor punctures and repais. 15 December 2014 - Listing ID: {427303} Page 2 of 6
