Archery Adventures by Sparrowhawk Leisure Ltd Corporate/Team Building Activities About Us Archery Adventures is the specialist event section of Sparrowhawk Leisure Ltd, a company with 4 years experience of working with the public, schools and local councils as well as corporate customers. We pride ourselves on offering an excellent service, putting the customer first and being flexible to ensure your event runs exactly as you envision it. Costs and terms All of our activities included in this document are available for 160 plus venue hire per 90 minute session unless otherwise stated. Larger groups are able to book multiple activities which can all be run concurrently. A discount will be available for multiple activities. We will invoice on completion of the booked work and have payment terms of 14 days. Staffing All of our activities will come with a qualified instructor and an assistant to ensure the sessions run smoothly and our customers get the maximum enjoyment from the activity. Activity Details Archery Unleash your hidden Robin Hood or Maid Marion. You will use a modern recurve bow and take part in a number of challenges and games to practise your skills. You can then choose to take part in an inter group tournament to finish the session if you wish. (can run multiple sessions concurrently) Archery Tag A combination of Paintball and Archery! Take aim at your colleagues with SAFE arrows. This is the closest you will get to the Hunger Games, reveal your inner Katniss or Peter with this new, energetic twist on a classic activity. Maximum group size:15 (can run larger sessions for up to 30 at an additional cost)
Archery Golf Using our SAFE arrows you can make your way around the 9 hole Golf course in teams of up to 4, aiming at Foot Golf targets. Scores can be kept as a group or individually depending on the tournament format you chose. Maximum group size:16 Hoverball Aim at 2 inch balls hovering on jets of air in an inflatable stall, score points by knocking these down. As this activity utilises SAFE arrows it can be carried out inside or out. Clay Pigeon Archery So you've tried Archery and Clay Pigeon Shooting, ever thought of combining the two? Clay Pigeon Archery is a fantastic new activity suitable for the entire family!
Our specially designed clay trap made by Laporte, fires 25cm foam disc's at a range of angles and speeds such as rabbit (rolling along the ground) and teal (straight up in the sky) as well as at 45 degrees. It offers a new game involving moving targets, not just static 'bulls eye' type targets. It ticks all the boxes for fun, leisure, and competition and is portable, safe, and very user friendly. This makes it suitable for all ages & abilities.. By using our SAFE arrows in combination with the FOAM 'clays' we can ensure that Clay pigeon archery is not only very safe but also environmentally friendly! Air Rifle Shooting The ultimate marksman challenge, use a.22 air rifle to aim at a variety of targets and score points for your team. You can choose different challenges to hone your skills aiming at knock down animal targets or a variety of paper targets. Bush Craft Our Bush Craft sessions are designed to get you back to nature and understand how to make the most of your surroundings while causing as little disturbance as possible. Trace policy to minimise environmental impact. Our customers can practise fire Lighting by sparks or friction, shelter Building or water collection and purification depending on their wishes. Maximum group size: 12 (can run multiple sessions concurrently) Scavenger Hunt Try and find the hidden treasure, release your inner Captain Jack Sparrow! Complete the course in teams of up to 3.We can set challenges utilising maps or clues over your grounds. These will be tailored to your requirements and can feature company specific references if you wish. Maximum group size: 16 (can run multiple sessions consurrently) Knife and Axe Throwing Unleash your inner Viking! Use our specially designed mini-hawks and throwing knives to hit our targets and complete accuracy challenges. Finish your session with a group tournament to prove who is the team Ragnor! Team Building Challenges We can offer you a number of fun and exciting team building challenges that will promote effective communication, team work and co-operation as well as possibly highlighting a natural leader that you may otherwise have missed. Below is a summary of our most popular challenges. We will run 2-3 activities per hour depending on the activities you chose. Hungry Hippos The classic board game beefed up to human size. Slide into the ball pit and see how many balls you can collect before the clock runs out and your team mates have to pull you back in. Giants Matchstick Can you complete the giant (2.5m) matchstick by fitting the head on to body without touching the head or the body?
Toxic Waste Remove the toxic rods from the containment facility into the safe box without dropping any and causing a nuclear disaster. Trust Walk Follow the rope and complete the course whilst blind folded. One member of your team can see and they will need to guide their team mates around and through the various challenges.
