Why you were there... The Make A Difference Foundation (MAD) offers academically talented yet financially disadvantaged youngsters the chance of a better education. Youngsters like Nqobile Ndletshe, who shared her story with you last Friday evening, would otherwise not have had the opportunity to reach her full potential. These youngsters all show extreme potential and with your help, MAD can give them a hand up to become future leaders and role models for our country. The golf... Surrounded by magnificent landscapes, Arabella Golf Course (rated No. 5 in South Africa) was the perfect setting for passionate MAD golfers to sport their hazard pants and enjoy yet another game of good golfing in the name of charity. The day delivered 10 winning teams, the best individual woman golfer and the best individual gent...and, of course, a number of teams and individuals left challenged to be back for the trophy in 2012.
