How Do I Earn Points? My Surf Club Rewards is a system that instantly rewards you throughout the Club. You will earn points every time you play the Club s gaming machines with your Membership Card inserted, or make a purchase at the bar or bistro and swipe your card. Every member is automatically earning My Surf Club Rewards points. New members start on the My Surf Club Rewards Ruby level and can then increase levels through Emerald and Sapphire to Diamond. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS What level will I be in? Your level is determined by the amount of My Surf Club Rewards points you earn over 3 months. Points are what we use to determine what level you qualify for. Each level provides discounts and special offers to reward you. All new members will begin on My Surf Club Rewards Ruby level. How do I earn points? Earn 1 point* for every $1 spent on food, beverages, merchandise or other sales made through an electronic Point-Of-Sale (POS). Ruby level starts at 1 point for every $7 turnover on gaming machines. Visitation Points Swipe your card through our Member Kiosk at the reception desk to win bonus points. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS How do I redeem points? Redeeming your My Surf Club Rewards points is simple. Just present your Membership Card at the bar and tell the staff you want to use your points. If you choose to redeem cash you can do so at the value of $5, $10, $20*. The value of the transaction will be deducted from your points where each point is worth 1c (100 points = $1). Example: 500 points = $5 Beverage 1,500 points = $15 Meal 2,500 points = 3Year Membership Can I advance to the other My Surf Club Rewards levels? Absolutely. We review all levels regularly and once you qualify, you will automatically advance to the next level and will start enjoying the additional benefits and rewards immediately. How will I know if I have changed levels? At any time you can swipe your Membership Card at a Member Kiosk and view your current level. Also don t forget we are always here to help. How long will I maintain my level? Levels are recalculated on the first day of every quarter, so you may change levels every three months. How long do I have my points for? You have 12 months to redeem your points within the Club from the time you earn them. Any unused points will be forfeited. Do I have to participate in the My Surf Club Rewards program? All Social members* of The Surf Club Palm Cove are eligible to participate in the program, however you may opt out any time. You will no longer receive point/credit accrual or participate in any associated promotional activity. You will still have full access to the Club and be eligible for Members-only major promotions. Will the program and its benefits change? Yes. The program is reviewed annually and minor changes can be made at any time. *Excluding Casual Members

The Surf Club Palm Cove will take all reasonable steps to protect the member s personal information which we hold from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, modification and disclosure.
TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. My Surf Club Rewards is only available to financial members of The Surf Club Palm Cove. 7. MSCR points earned must be redeemed within twelve (12) months of the date they were accrued. 2. My Surf Club Rewards will be known as MSCR throughout the Terms and Conditions. 3. Management reserves the right to impose restrictions of the MSCR offers at their discretion. 8. To accumulate MSCR loyalty rating, the member must: a. Have their membership card inserted and accepted in the gaming machine whilst playing. b. Present their Membership Card when making purchases at the Point of Sale terminals throughout the Club. 4. The prize rewards or discount benefit cannot be transferred or assigned to any other person than the member. 9. Participation in MSCR indicates acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as well as General Terms & Conditions of Promotions and Membership at The Surf Club Palm Cove. 19. Management reserves the right to amend the conditions of the loyalty program. 20. MSCR program membership, promotions and benefits may be revised or altered at any time without prior notice by The Surf Club Palm Cove Management. 21.
