Carried by the Canadian Steamer Damascus (Allan Line winter trip) and Endorsed via Portland and Liverpool but routed via Quebec. GB 2F accountancy marking (debit to GB, applied in London). The Damascus carried the Canadian mail on 27 trips only from 1863 to 1867. A very elusive transatlantic letter. $400.00
