Alabama Residential Report August 2018 Monthly Indicators Recent Figures Trends Total Residential Sales Current Month August 2018 5,862 Alabama home sales for August 2018 vs. Prior Month July 2018 5,722 2.5% totaled 5,862 units, an increase of 198 vs. August 2017 5,664 3.5% transactions (3.5%) when compared to vs. 5-Yr Avg August 13-'17 4,782 22.6% one year ago.
