We will be helping the Riverton KC's with their very first car show on June 4th. Bring your car out for this car show that is judges by the participants. Registration is $15 with proceeds going to Brother James Court. Registration is 10AM to 12 noon. There will be a variety of food and beverages, 50/50 and great music. Every meeting you attend is another entry in the drawing at the end of the year for featuring your car in the annual club calendar. The May Mystery Dinner Cruise led us to Capones in New Berlin. YUM YUM. Food and conversation flowed. No one left hungry. Service was outstanding. Always a club favorite. Lis Moore was our free dinner winner. Congrats Lis!!! Join us June 15 for the next mystery cruise dinner and find out who the next lucky winner is and where it leads us!!

MERCHANDISE: Hopefully we will have a picture of the art work for the this years "Show"' shirt available for viewing at the June 8th membership meeting. Steve & Laura Clevenger & Duane & Lis Moore will have their cars featured on this 2017 "Show" shirts. Order forms will be available in the near future so you will be able to preorder your correct size to insure you get the size you want. Route 66 Cruisers' merchandise is available for sale at membership meetings and at cruise-ins. The red club shirts are still available in most sizes. Sizes M, L, XL are $15.00; sizes XXL, XXXL are $18.00. Last years "car show" shirts are available in 2X only. Get your can Koozies before they're gone. Interested in a Route 66 Car Plaque? Who wouldn't??? The Route 66 Cruisers' plaques are aluminum and are ready to hang from your bumper or from where ever you want to hang it from. We need a minimum order of 20-25 to get a better price. Pg. 3 The next Hardee s cruise-in will be Saturday June 10 at Rock N Roll Hardees on Stevenson 5:30 p.m. 8:30 The cruise-in on May 13 was a big success. The weather was perfect. The sun was shining and the shine on those cars was almost as bright. Lots of beautiful cars were present. Let's cross our fingers that mother nature continues to cooperate for the rest of the cruising season! D s Trivia taught us: 1. LOOKING AHEAD TO JULY... Everyone lives a picnic! Our JULY MEMBERSHIP MEETING is a picnic at the New Salem Park Picnic area. It's on a SUNDAY 7-16-17. Immediate family members are invited to attend with members. Please bring a large dish to share for every 3 persons attending. Fruit, salads, pasta, potatoes, deserts, vegetable, chips etc. are all welcome. Decide now what you'll bring. Cold water is provided. Plates & plastic utensils & napkins will also be provided.
