Swine: Prospect Market Swine * All animals must be owned and entered under the Class 1 Showmanship 14 & up Class 6 - Yorkshire name of the exhibitor, who must show their own animals Class 2 Showmanship 10-13 Class 7 - Crossbred unless they have more than one animal per class. Class 3 Showmanship 7-9 Class 8 - AOB * No limit to number of entries. Class 4 Duroc Class 9 Jackson Co. * Health papers are not required for any species. Class 5 Hampshire * If not pre-entered, animals must be entered by specie Meat Goats: check-in time. Breeding Doe Prospect Meat Goats * Each exhibitor must provide own bedding/supplies. Class 10 0-12 months Class 15 Meat Goats * All straw or wood shavings will be cleared from the area used & Class 11 Jackson Co. Does Class 16 Jackson Co. must be put in the spreaders. If not cleaned, prizes will be forfeited. Class 12 Showmanship 14 & up * All male animals must be castrated. Class 13 Showmanship 10-13 * Persons showing unnecceassary/rough handling of animals will Class 14 Showmanship 7-9 be asked to leave the show and forfeit any prizes. Ewe Lamb Class 31 Jackson Co. Lamb a breeding class. Class 23 Showmanship 14 & up * All lambs & goats must be identified with an official USDA ID Tag. Class 24 Showmanship 10-13 * Market animals must have a valid 4-H/FFA ear tag. Class 25 Showmanship 7-9 * Breeding classes may be divided by age as needed. Animals showing any signs of sickness, Class 40 AOB Class 53 AOB infections, contagious or parasitic disease will result in the animal s Class 41 Jackson Co. Heifers Class 54 Jackson Co. Steers rejection for entry. The inspector s decision is final. Class 42 Showmanship 14 & up * Entry fee is to defray expenses of show, NO REFUNDS.
