Early Results: The Smile Sheets Best class I ve taken this plugged into challenges I m having today gave me action steps & increased my confidence. Class made me think and will change my behaviors. Applicable to my job. Tools I can take away immediately. Needs to be required for new leaders/managers. One of the best classes I have taken. All of the content was relevant and meaningful. I have had light bulbs going off all day I am leaving with specific actions I can take tomorrow to become a better leader & coach. This course is a great reminder for leaders of the things we are responsible for doing. 28 I would recommend the SunTrust Leadership (SLX) course to a colleague = 4.83 (Scale of 1 to 5)
