HS Announcements-October 19, 2017 What s Up Right Now. Congratulations to the following Band students for being selected to the North Central Missouri Bandmasters Association Clinic Band!: Kalyn Forck-Flute, Madison Nible-Clarinet, Jerika Price-Alto Clarinet, Kali Forbach and Bailey Merhoff-Bass Clarinets, Ellen Erwin- Contra Alto Clarinet, Gustavo Murillo and Alex Stewart-Trumpets, Fayne Hamilton-Tuba, and Ally Hoyle-Percussion. They will present on concert in Chillicothe, MO on Monday, November 21st. ***Parent/Teacher Conferences are coming up! If your child owes for lunch, chromebook fees, NCCC fees, Library fees/books, Art fees and etc, we will have to hold their report card. Art Fees are as follows. Art I-$15.00 Drawing I-$10.00 Drawing II-$10.00 Ceramics-$25.00 Painting-$25.00 Photography-$25.00 If your child has one of these classes, please pay at your earliest convenience. Attention Wrestlers: There will be a short meeting after school in the HS library TODAY, October 19th, for any athlete who would like to be a part of the wrestling team this year. If you are unable to attend this meeting, please contact Coach Joint as soon as possible. Go Bulldogs! There will be a girls basketball meeting after school TODAY, October 19 th, in the High School commons. The Bulldog Pride Marching Band is hosting a free will donation Taco Dinner and Night of Music TONIGHT, 10/19. Food starts at 6:00 p.m., with performances of the Color Guard, Drum Line, and Pride Marching Band to follow. Everyone is invited!

The Bulldog Pride Marching Band is competing in the Trenton Marching Band Festival this Saturday, 10/21. The Band will host a BBQ starting at 11:00. The Color Guard competes at 1:07, Pride Marching Band at 5:15, and the Drum line at 7:35. Everyone is invited to come and support the Band! Boys Grades 9-12 there will be a Varsity Basketball meeting Friday, October 20th in the HS Gym at 7:50am. Please contact Coach Watson via email if you are interested but aren t able to make it that particular morning. Anyone expecting to play needs a physical on file, and practice starts October 29th. THERE WILL BE A PEP BUS FOR FRIDAY NIGHTS GAME AT POLO. IT WILL LEAVE AT 5:00 P.M. MORE INFO AT THE HS OFFICE. FLYER ATTACHED AT THE BOTTOM OF ANNOUNCEMENTS. THANKS! Grades 7-12 there will be a Student Section/Pep Club meeting after school Monday, October 23 @ 3:10pm. Meeting will be to discuss creation of organized student section, themed basketball nights, and naming of student section. Please contact Mr. Watson or Wyatt Ellis for more information. A blood drive will be held at the North Central Career Center on Monday, October 23 rd from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the Conference Room. Students must be 16 years old with a photo ID to donate. Students must also have a permission slip signed by a parent or guardian.
