INSTITUTIONAL STRENGTHENING 1. Training for public and private sectors: workshops, on-line courses, etc. 2. Promoting fora to facilitate dialogue and to promote agreements between public and private stakeholders, to spread the insurance culture, and to strengthen public-private alliances. 3. Advising public administration in order to define a specific legal framework for agricultural insurance. 4.
