Around $200 was raised towards our goal of $1031.00 for Trick or Treat for UNICEF. Announcements Picture retake day for 10 th and 11 th graders is THIS Monday morning. Head upstairs before noon if you didn t take a yearbook photo or want a different one. Reminder to those signed up as Safe School Ambassadors- your 2 day training begins Tuesday. There is specific information in an email from Mrs. Depaulis. We are thrilled to have 19 of you step up! Mrs. Bartow is the Clark nominee for Martin County Teacher of the Year. Part of the selection process includes your vote and comments. Help your class win food by having the most money per student. Collections go through 10/31 and all money will be donated to UNICEF USA. Science National Honor Society will be hosting a math and science peer tutoring session this Tuesday, October 23rd from 2:30 to 3:30 in the Knowledge Room. Anyone taking science or math at Clark or IRSC who needs a little help is welcome to come! Only 2 more weeks to purchase the yearbook for the lowest price of the year! It is only $65 and can be purchased using cash or check from Mrs. Gribble or Mr. Escandon before or after school. Credit cards can also be used for purchase online at jostensyearbooks.com. 11/2 is the final day to order at the $65 price. 11/2 is the last date to order Senior Recognition Ads and Business Ads at the early bird pricing. Space is limited for these ads. If you are interested, please contact Mrs. Gribble or Mr. Escandon as soon as possible for more information! Parents and students are invited to a presentation by the USAF F-16 Viper Demo Team on Thursday, November 1st, at 1:00 p.m. in the Knowledge Room. The demo team will be here to speak with students about real world applications of aerospace engineering, military careers, and the flight demonstrations that the team will perform at the Stuart Air Show later that week. The presentation should last approximately 30 45 minutes. Parents planning to attend are asked to arrive 15 minutes early to sign in and to present your driver s license to receive a visitor pass. Call Dr. Bonds at 419-5768 if you have questions. Annual Herb and Poinsettia Sale- see attached flyer. Orders due to Ms. Judd (front office) before Nov. 3
