Senior International Tournament Cup B. Turlykhanov (GR) Almaty, Kazakhstan, 29 September 02 October 2017 REGULATION I. General Provisions Senior International Greco-roman wrestling Tournament Cup B. Turlykhanov will be organized by the Ministry of Culture and Sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kazakhstan Wrestling Federation, organizing committee. II. Dates and place 2.1. Competition will be held in accordance with United World Wrestling Regulations in the period from 29 September to 02 October 2017. 2.2. Arrival date of delegations to Almaty: 29 September 2017. 2.3. Departure date from Almaty: 2 October 2017. III. Participation 3.1. The structure of the official GR delegation is as follows: Athletes Chiefs Coaches Referees Total delegation 6 1 1 1 9 4-6 - 1 1 6-8 2-3 - 1-3-4 3.2. The deadline for preliminary entry forms to be sent to the Organizing Committee is on: 15 August 2017. 3.3. The deadline for final entry forms to be sent to the Organizing Committee is on: 15 September 2017 until 16.00 (Almaty time). IV. Technical conditions 4.1. The competitions will be held in accordance with the UWW Wrestling Rules. 4.2. Referees of International category will officiate the IT. 4.3. The following Olympic weight categories will be available: 59-66-75-85-98-130 kg 4.4. Two kg of tolerance will be allowed for each weight category. V. Financial conditions 5.1. The Organizing Committee will provide accommodation and local transport in Almaty from 29 September to 02 October 2017. 5.2. The traveling expenses to and from Almaty will be in charge of invited National Federations.
5.3. Accommodation and accreditation fee of additional persons and extra days staying will cost $120 twin room/$150 single room for one person per day. 5.4. The Organizing Committee will provide, if necessary, first aid. Participating country will pay all expenses of hospitalization. 5.5. Each participating country will provide the Organizing Committee with its National Flag and a disk of its National Anthem. VI. Prizes 6.1. Winners and the prize-winners of the tournament will be awarded by medals and diplomas. Organizing committee has staged special fund of the tournament with the prizemoney: 1 st place - 3.000 USD; 2 nd place - 2.000 USD; 3 rd place - 1.000 USD. Coach of the winner 1.000 USD VII. Miscellaneous 7.1. Entry visa to Kazakhstan will be provided to all participants presented official invitation at the Kazakhstan Embassies. 7.2.
