The following are a list of conditions which are applicable: 1. The numbers for playing and catering purposes must be confirmed seven (7) days prior to the event in writing, and the FEE PAYABLE WILL BE BASED ON THESE NUMBERS. Please remember to include helpers or assistants in your catering numbers. Please note that all prices are subject to change without prior notice. 2. A non-refundable deposit of 100% of KNOWN COSTS is payable within one (1) month of the Golf Day failing which Glendower Golf Club reserves that right to cancel the booking without prior notice. 3. In the event of a cancellation / postponement which must be done no later than two (2) months prior to the event, in writing, failing which a cancellation fee of R10 000 will be payable. 4. Menu prices are subject to change. Please contact the club two (2) weeks prior to your Golf Day to confirm prices. Failing which Glendower Golf Club reserves the right to charge current prices without notice. 5. All accounts are payable on presentation of invoice. 6. We will automatically include a 10% gratuity on all food and beverage in the anticipation that you will receive superb service on the day. If have any queries please speak to the Golf/Events Manager. 7. Please provide a copy of your timesheet 48 Hours prior to your golf day. This is given to security; your guests may experience difficulty gaining entrance to the club if this list is not produced. 8. The dress code of the Club must be adhered to at all times. The events manager can supply you with a copy on request. Strict golfing attire and dress in the clubhouse must be adhered to. Avoid the embarrassment on the day when your clients are not dressed correctly. 9. Please keep prizes within the limits of the rules laid down by the R & A Golf Rules of St Andrews (R4500-00 per prize). 10. Glendower Golf Club is a Non Smoking building. Please ensure you adhere to the smoking laws. 11. Bad weather/ Lightning Storms one siren blast means that it is compulsory to take cover. Two siren blasts indicates that play can continue. Please see course Indemnity. 2

12. Starting and scoring is available at a cost of R1000.00. Please provide us with a list of your prize breakdown for easy recording purposes. 13. The club has 18 golf carts. Should you require additional carts you may contact our Golf/Event Manager who can furnish you with numbers of companies that may be able to rent carts for the day. Only electric carts are permitted. A cart trail fee of R60 will be charged for each private or rental cart. 14. Absolutely no outside vehicles will be permitted out onto the Course without prior arrangements. If arrangements are made please strictly adhere to rules put in place by Management. If there is any violation of this rule it will lead to the immediate removal of the offending party off the Glendower Property. 15. The Club Marshalls who have authority over play and must be respected at all times. 16. Please do not drink and drive. To arrange pick-ups for your guests please contact Toot & Scoot on 086 111 2374 at least 24Hours prior and during office hours. They operate a pre-book and pre-pay service to ensure all of your guests get home safely. 17. Banners\ signage\ branding must be packed, labeled and can be delivered to the club the day before the event and collected the day after. GGC will store them as safely as possible. The club will not be held responsible for safekeeping of any branding. However, if the storage option is not required, signage must be brought in on the day and personally placed in the morning and collected immediately after the golf day. Please ensure that branding is kept well away from greens and tees and out of the intended playing areas. Please ask Sponsors to contact a member of staff to take them to their allocated hole. No branding should be erected without supervision. 18. No food or beverage may be brought onto the property. All sponsors, players and guests are to purchase beverages and food through the golf club. All sponsors requirements must be submitted to the club at least one week prior to the golf day. Any external catering will incur a surcharge of R80 per person and must be approved by Management. 19. A maximum of four (4) watering holes is permitted out on the golf course. Glendower Golf Club will supply all drinks to these holes. The Club will provide 1 x table, 2 x chairs and an ice bucket for these 4 watering holes. However, should a company supply their own drinks; they will need to also supply their own equipment and ice. A maximum of two alcoholic holes will be allowed with no exception. One on each nine. All costs relating to watering holes will be billed to the master account. No cash will be accepted. No glass is allowed on the course. Please keep talking below earshot of any golfer. 20. A roving drinks cart is available at a cost of R350.00 3

21. No outside caddies are permitted on the course. Minimum tip R150-00 plus R35-00 halfway house meal voucher. If you wish to advertise by way of Caddy please liaise with the Golf/Events Manager as we are contracted to the Bidvest Group and would need to get permission from Management. 22. The Club does not take responsibility for the payment of caddy tips. Caddies are not permitted to have alcohol on the course. Should you have any problems in this regard please contact a Caddy Master. 23. Technical assistance is available at a cost of R800. This assistance is for the connection of laptops/ flash drives to Glendower TV s to play slide shows or videos. The Club cannot be held responsible if laptops are incompatible and fail to work. The Club does not provide DVD players, links or cables. This will have to be arranged with our Technical Adviser. Please speak to the events manager. Our facilities and services include: Change Rooms: These are equipped with showers, lockers and other requirements. Bar: Fully licensed with waiter service. Clubs for hire: Enquiries must be done through Rudy or Jared at the Pro Shop on 011 453 9003. Registration: Welcome snacks and drinks can be arranged to treat your guests. Halfway House: GGC has a variety of delicious meals and soft drinks. Please speak to the Golf/Events Manager. Dinners: Arrays of delicious meals are available to impress your clients. Carts: Must be booked prior to the game at a fee of R350-00 for 18 holes with 18 carts available. Please ensure that each player taking a cart signs an indemnity form. Registration Giveaways: Our Pro Shop has an extensive range of shirts, balls, gloves and giveaways for your event. For more details please contact Rudy on 011 453 9003. Green Fees Per Player: [Please note that Green Fees include venue hire] 20-49 PLAYERS R350 50-99 PLAYERS R330 100 OR MORE PLAYERS R295 PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CLUB CLOSES AT 23h00. Should your guests stay longer the main account will be billed with any applicable overtime costs incurred @ R600 per hour. 4
