Facilities Facility Rentals Rentals can be made up to one year in advance on a first come, first serve basis. Be sure to include setup and breakdown time in your rental. Events may be requested with at least 60 days notice. Nonprofit status must be verified. If the room is not damaged or rental doesn't go over it s allotted time, the deposit will be returned three (3) weeks after the rental date. Cancellations must be made 2 weeks prior to rental.
