Headings in this document are for ease of reference only and do not form part of these Supplementary Regulations. Article 1 Organisation The Competition, which has the status of an International Competition, shall be run in conformity with: - the International Sporting Code ("the Code") and its Appendices, - the National Sporting Code where applicable, - the official FIA Bulletins, - the General Prescriptions applicable to International Hill Climb Competitions - the Sporting Regulations of the FIA European Hill Climb Championship ( the Sporting Regulations ), and - these. Special cases shall be submitted to the stewards. d) Driver classifications shall be established by combining the times of each Driver s two best race heats. Licence requirements: Drivers: Car driving licence and Grade A, B, C, D or R International Licence. In Hill Climbs, the Grade R licence is not valid only for cars in s CN, D and E2 of Category II defined in Article of the Appendix J. In Hill Climbs, the Grade C licence (minimum) is required for cars in s CN, D and E2 of Category II defined in Article of Appendix J. Competitors: International. Maximum number of participants admitted: 130 Registration procedure and entry form The on-line entry form must be obtained directly from the Organiser's website. In order to be taken into consideration, the entry form, duly dated and signed by the Driver and the Competitor, must be sent to the Organiser before the closing date. Rejections, Withdrawals: In the event that an entry is rejected or the Competition is cancelled, the entry fees shall be reimbursed in full. In case of withdrawal for reasons of force majeure (no-show for administrative checking and scrutineering) after the publication of the list of entries, 50% of the base entry fees shall be reimbursed to the Competitor(s), subject to receipt of a written request. Article 3 Eligible cars s and Categories 3.1 Category 1 Production cars: The Competition is open to cars holding a national technical passport and complying with the prescriptions of FIA Appendix J (unless otherwise indicated) for the following groups: N Production cars, including R1. A Touring cars, including World Rally Cars, Super 1600 and cars from s R2 and R3. S20 Super 2000 cars (Circuit and Rally combined), including s R4 and R5. GT Grand Touring cars (GT3 and RGT combined). 3.2 Category 2 Competition cars: The Competition is open to cars holding a national technical passport and complying with the prescriptions of FIA Appendix J (unless otherwise indicated) for the following groups: D/E2-SS (Single-seater) International Formula or Free Formula single-seater racing cars with a cylinder capacity of 3000cm 3 or below. CN Two-seater production sports cars, open or closed, with a cylinder capacity of 3000cm 3 or below. E2-SC (Sports car) Two-seater racing cars, open or closed, with a cylinder capacity of 3000cm 3 or below. E2-SH (Silhouette) Cars having the appearance of a large production road car with at least 2 seats and the same shaped windscreen as this car. Cylinder capacity 6500cm 3 or below. 3.3 Cars will be divided into the following cylinder classes: Category 1 N A Category 2 D/E2- SS CN over 3000cm 3 over 3000cm 3 S20 GT E2-SC E2-SH over 3000cm 3 over 3000cm cm 3 Article 4 Obligations of Participants Competition numbers: The organiser shall provide each participant with at least four sets of Competition numbers. Two sets of Competition numbers must be clearly displayed on both sides of the car throughout the Competition. Two sets of Competition numbers (maximum height 15 cm) must be placed on the right side of the windscreen (or, if the car has no windscreen, on a Page 3 of 10

4 forward-facing part of the car) and on the left side of the rear window. Cars without their correct Competition numbers shall not be allowed to take the start. Advertising: The Organiser has made the following advertising arrangements: - Logo of the "Championship": positioning according to the Appendix to the Sporting Regulations - Other: to be announced by the Organiser by bulletin. - Organiser additional advertising: positioning according to the Appendix 3 of these Supplementary Regulations. The Organiser's third party insurance is valid for the entire duration of the Competition, not only during official practice and race heats but also for travelling from the parking area to the course of the Competition and back. Article 7 Protests and appeals Protest fee: 300 (1300 PLN). International appeal fee (FIA): Any protest must be lodged in accordance with the prescriptions of the Code. Protests must be made in writing and given to the clerk of the course or to his assistant, or in their absence to a steward, accompanied by the requisite protest fees. Page 4 of 10

5 If the protest requires the dismantling and reassembly of various parts of a car, the claimant must also pay a deposit which shall be set by the stewards. The International Court of Appeal will hear, in the context of a Competition forming part of an FIA Championship (which includes the FIA European Hill Climb Championship), appeals against decisions of the stewards of a Competition brought by organisers, Competitors, Drivers or other licence-holders that are addressees of such decisions or that are individually affected by such decisions. In this case, the ASNs cannot refuse to give their assistance and agreement (Article of the Judicial and Disciplinary Rules of the FIA). Article 8 Podium, Prizes and Awards: 8.1 Trophies and Cash prizes The classifications shall be established and shall entail the distribution by the Organiser of awards and cash prizes as follows: a) General classification General classification of the Championship (all Championship groups combined) Cash prize Trophy 1 st Cup 2 nd Cup 3 rd - 1 Cup b) Classification for each Championship Cash prize Trophy N A S20 GT 1 st Cup 2 nd Cup 3 rd Cup 4 th a) Cash Prizes Cash Prizes shall be awarded regardless of the number of Drivers who take the start. Trophies In groups with fewer than 3 starters, only the Driver who finishes first shall receive a trophy. b) All trophies and cash prizes are cumulative and may be combined with one another and with other prizes awarded by the Organisers in the other jointlyorganised Competitions. c) Awarding of prizes: Trophies are awarded during the Podium Ceremony. Cash prizes must be collected during the Podium Ceremony or from the following location: Location: Stara Wieś Competition Secretariat, Time: 45 minutes after 2 nd race heat to 105 minutes after 2 nd race heat, failing which they shall be retained by the Organiser. Article 9 Additional provisions by the Organiser 9.1 All documents deposited with the Competition Secretariat may be collected by competitors in Parc Fermé after the last race heat. Withdrawn competitors must collect documents from the Competition Secretariat. In the case of non collected documents, the Organiser will return the documents for a fee of 100 PLN ( 23 approx.) transferred to the Competition Secretariats bank account. 9.2 In special justified cases the organiser will allow additional administrative checks and scrutineering after 19:30 on for an additional 300 PLN ( 70 approx) payment. Any breach of the speed limit, by the competitor/driver and/or his team personnel and/or his accompanying persons, within the confines of the Service Park, will be treated as an offence and a penalty will be imposed, determined by the Stewards. 9.5 All the competitors/drivers are required to use a protective sheet under their cars, to prevent damage and pollution of the ground by petroleum-derived materials.

6 9.6 All competitors are obliged to keep a fire extinguisher, with min. of 4 kg of extinguishing agent, within immediate reach of their service positions. 9.7 Each competitor/driver who attends the Awards ceremony is obliged to present him/herself clothed in the appropriate Motor Sport outfit with overalls buttoned/zipped and with the correct footwear. In addition competitors and their Team members are obliged to behave in a proper manner during the Award Ceremony. 9.8 The entry to the race is the conclusion of a civil law contract with the organizer. It also means the consent of the competitor / driver for the processing of his personal data for purposes related to the organization of the above race, and the whole series of competitions in which the race is organized. This application also means consent to the publication of photographs containing competitor / driver image and his/her results on the PZM website as well as other websites of the organizers of the rounds of each competition series under which the competition is organized. A Competitor / Driver has the right to access his / her personal data, correct them and request to cease processing of these data. A request to cease processing of his / her personal data means resignation from participation in the competition.
