1 SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS BRNO Round No FIA Masters Historic Formula One Championship Round No FIA Masters Historic Sports Car Championship Round No FIA Lurani Trophy for Formula Junior Cars Circuit: Brno (CZE), 06/07/2014 REGULATIONS The final text of these Supplementary Regulations shall be the English version which will be used should any dispute arise as to their interpretation. Headings in this document are for ease of reference only and do not form part of these Supplementary Regulations. Article 1 Organisation The competition, which has international status, shall be run in accordance with the International Sporting Code and its appendices, the FIA official Bulletins, the General Prescriptions applicable to all FIA Championships, Challenges, Trophies & Cups and to their qualifying competitions run on Circuits, the Sporting Regulations of the FIA Masters Historic Formula One Championship ( MHFO ), the Sporting Regulations of the FIA Masters Historic Sports Car Championship ( MHSCC ), the Sporting Regulations of the FIA Lurani Trophy for Formula Junior Cars ( LTFJ ) and these Supplementary Regulations. 4 Prizes and awards: Cups to the Top 3 drivers in each race. MHFO there will be 2 podiums per race presented directly after a race as per the Championship regulations. MHSCC there will be 2 podiums per race presented directly after a race as per the Championship regulations. Others: Class Awards will be presented as per the schedule above as stipulated in the Championship regulations. LTFJ there will be one podium per race presented after the race as per the Championship regulations. In addition to the awards described above, a cup will be presented by the Competition organisers to the cars finishing second and third in the Competition, irrespective of class, and to each of the three fastest cars in each class who have not already received a cup, in respect of the overall classification, irrespective of the number of starters in each class. 5 Article 4 Insurances In compliance with the legal prescriptions, the Organiser has contracted one or several insurance(s) guaranteeing the following risk(s): - Third Party Civil Liability with a value of 2,6 mil. for the event. Article 5 Protests and Appeals Amount of the protest fee: CZK (in cash) Amount of the appeal fee set by the ASN: CZK (in cash) Amount of the international appeal fee (FIA): All protests will be lodged in accordance with the Code. All protests must be made in writing and handed to the clerk of the course or his assistant, or in their absence any of the stewards, together with the required protest fee. If the protest requires the dismantling and re-assembly of different parts of a car, the claimant must make a deposit in the amount up to CZK set by the Stewards (after consultation with the Technical Delegate). Competitors have the right to appeal, as laid down in Articles 14.1 to 14.4 of the Code and also as set out in the Rules of the International Court of Appeal. Article 6 Organiser s supplementary provisions A) Pit lane speed limit: 60kph. B) MHSCC only: minimum pit stop duration, including 1 minute standard stationary time (minimum registered time between pit in/pit out loops): TBC seconds.
