2 This "Short Version" is based on the currently the International Sporting Code and on the newest version of the Standard Regulations for Events of the NEZ Championship for Crosskart Drivers. For all articles not specified in this Short Version, the Standard Regulations for Events of the NEZ Champions hip for Crosskart Drivers are valid. The Standard Regulations are distributed to each competitor in the NEZ Championship by his ASN. They are also posted on the Official Notice Board of each event. ORGANISATION Automobile sport club Vilkyčiai organize the will organise 2 nd of NEZ Crosskart Championships Event. This Event will be run in accordance with the Code (and its Appendices) of the FIA, the FIA Regulations for Crosskart, General Prescriptions for the Championship and these Regulations (and any other Regulations which may be issued in writing by the organisers). 4 III. GENERAL CONDITIONS General 2 nd event of NEZ Crosskart Championships Description of the circuit Adress: Vilkyčiai track, Šilutės raj. Length 850 m. Width of start 14 m. Max. width 12 m. Min. width 10 m. Composition 45 proc. gravel + 55 proc. tarmac Location 5 km. From Klaipeda and 23km. From Šilutė , (LKS) , (WGS) 55 31' 25.52", 21 27' 20.42" (WGS) Joker lap 150 m. 5 IV. CHECKING ADMINISTRATIVE CHECKING Only drivers must report to administrative checking which will be held Vilkyčiai track. SCRUTINEERING Any kart taking part in the Event must be presented by the driver or his entrant to scrutineering, which will be held at Vilkyčiai, on Friday ( ) from 17:00 till 21:00. If driver is late to scrutineering, he can pass it on Saturday ( ) from 07:00 till 07:30 paying penalty of 20 EUR. No car will be allowed to start unless it has passed scrutineering. V. RUNNING OF THE EVENT PRACTICE AND DRIVERS BRIEFING. Organizer can choose to organize practice between 2x2 laps or 1x3 laps. It is mandatory for driver to participate in at least one practice heat. The Drivers Briefing: Drivers of those karts, which are eligible to take part in the race, must be present throughout the entire Drivers Briefing. The Briefing will be held in English. QUALIFYING Qualification rounds: until 6 Crosskarts in 3 rows. In the front row line 1-2 is used, second row 3-4 and in the third row 5-6. Drivers will start once in each row during the 3 rounds. Computer setup for all 3 qualification rounds shall be made and published for the drivers at least 30 minutes before start of first round. The sequence must be chotose randomlyby NEZ XL program. FINALS Final rounds: until 9 Crosskarts in 3 rows. In the front row line 1,3,5 is used, second row line 2,4,6 and in the third row line 1,3,5. There will be 6laps in finals. Qualification to the final Points qualification shall be done in the following way: A qualification round victory gives 10 points, then 7, 5, 3, 2, 1. The sum of points from all the 3 qualification rounds is ground for qualification to the final. The driver with the highest points starts from position 1 according to the circuit licence. The driver with the second highest points starts from position 2 and so on. In the case of two or more drivers receive the same point, separation happens according to the following: 1. Number of victory points, seconds and so on 2. The driver's place in qualification round 3.

Driversmust have completed (and received the chequered flag) in minimum 1 qualification round in order to be eligible to start in a final. VII. RESULTS PROTESTS RESULTS All results will be posted on the official notice board immediately after the each heat as soon as they are complete. The results will be posted after last final on official notice board. PROTESTS APPEALS All protests will be lodged in accordance with the Code. All protests must be made in writing and handed to the Clerk ofthe Course, or in their absence any of the Stewards of the meeting, toget her with the sum of 100. If the protest requires the dismantling and re-assembly of different parts of a kart, the claimant must make a deposit of 1000.Competitors have the right to appeal, the amount of the appeal fee is VIII. PRIZES AND CUPS PRIZES Prizes for the Championship Event are; 1) Cups, IX. OTHER INFORMATION FIRE EXTINGUISHERS Each driver is responsible for ensuring that a fire extinguisher (6 kg) is available within his own team area inside the paddock. PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT Each driver is requested to ensure that a plastic sheet (minimum dimensions 4 metres by 5) is spread on the ground in the place reserved for his team where work is to be done on his kart, in order to prevent any pollution in case of an accidental leak, etc. Driver must clean after himself his parking place. PADDOCK Please be careful if you use barbeque in the paddock. PAPERS No papers (final instruction) will be sent forward to the drivers. DRIVERS LIAISON OFFICER The Drivers Liaison Officer will be recognisable by special vest.he may be reached near race center. AUTHORISATION Automobile sport club Vilkyčiai has agreed those Regulations.
