1 Mercedes-MG ustomer Racing hampionship 2016/2017 TERMS OF PRTIIPTION 1 Fundamentals of the Mercedes-MG ustomer Racing hampionship (1) The Mercedes-MG ustomer Racing hampionship is a competition organised by Mercedes-MG GmbH (hereinafter referred to as M-MG). ll drivers and teams who race M- MG customer sport SLS MG GT3 and Mercedes-MG GT3 vehicles in national and international motor races and/or racing series during the classification period stated in the terms of participation are eligible to enter. PRO DRIVER, DRIVER and TEMS may participate. They are collectively referred to below as 'Participants'. (2a) Drivers who are members of the M-MG driver pool, M-MG works drivers, and brand ambassadors of Daimler G and of M-MG are in principle prohibited from participating in the driver classification of the Mercedes-MG ustomer Racing hampionship. However, they will be included in the driver classification list with an indication that they belong to the above categories. (b) If a team books an M-MG pool driver, an M-MG works driver or brand ambassador of Daimler G or of M-MG, all the team points scored will be credited in full to the team's account. (c) Results obtained by a M-MG pool driver, M-MG works driver or brand ambassador of Daimler G or of M-MG for a Performance Team are excluded from the team classification (see 4.4, 4.6 and 4.8). However, they will be included in the team classification list with an indication that they belong to the above categories.

2 (3a) PRO DRIVER or DRIVER who are not a member of the M-MG driver pool or M-MG works driver or brand ambassador of Daimler G or of M-MG are excluded from participating in the Mercedes-MG ustomer Racing hampionship in the driver classification if the results were not achieved with a M-MG Performance Team vehicle. However, these results will be included in the driver classification list with an indication that they belong to the above categories. (b) Results which a PRO DRIVER or DRIVER achieves for a M-MG Performance Team are excluded from the team classification (see 4.4, 4.6 and 4.8). However, they will be included in the team classification list with an indication that they belong to the above categories. (4) The prizes are awarded by M-MG. M-MG also deals with general questions about the Mercedes-MG ustomer Racing hampionship and with all aspects of the rules of the Mercedes-MG ustomer Racing hampionship. 2 Driver categorisation (1) The Mercedes-MG ustomer Racing hampionship distinguishes between PRO DRIVER and DRIVER. M-MG categorises the participants. If any PRO DRIVER or DRIVER does not agree with M-MG's classification, they may seek a correction by submitting their official FI driver categorisation. ll drivers who are listed in the FI's Platinum, Gold, or Silver categories will be regarded as PRO DRIVER. ccordingly DRIVER are those who meet the FI ronze standard. (2) M-MG points out that no participants will be eligible to win prizes unless they have submitted their official FI categorisation. Only PRO DRIVER or DRIVER who have proven their FI driver classification to M-MG by at the latest will be eligible to win prizes (see 6 para. 1). M-MG will contact drivers who have the prospect of finishing in a prizewinning position. The FI updates driver categorisations during the course of the year. 3 (3) Drivers who have not yet reached the age of 18 may participate in the Mercedes-MG ustomer Racing hampionship. However, Participants must be over the age of Participation in the Mercedes-MG ustomer Racing hampionship (1) ll persons and teams who entered a result in a race in the 2016/17 championship season in a Mercedes-MG GT3 or a Mercedes-enz SLS MG GT3 are entitled to participate. (2) Underage persons who are over 16 years of age automatically participate if they are able to provide written consent from their parent or guardian for participation and the associated participation conditions. Sending the signed consent declaration to M-MG via (amgcustomer-racing@daimler.com) is sufficient. (3) Participation for PRO DRIVER and DRIVER is only possible with their real name. 4 lassification (1) The classification season for the Mercedes-MG ustomer Racing hampionship commences on and ends on ccordingly, only those events that have taken place between and and for which the results have been finalised and verified by will be included in the classification. (2a) The Mercedes-MG ustomer Racing hampionship comprises the series of races set out in nnex 1 "Racing Series with ategorisation of lasses". (b) The differences between the power classes in a racing series can be seen from the coefficients shown in nnex 1 "Racing Series with ategorisation of lasses".

4 If other national or international racing series are included in the sporting calendar during the classification season, and are integrated by M-MG into the Mercedes-MG ustomer Racing hampionship, they will be assessed and rated by M-MG. The participants will be automatically informed of the inclusion of new racing series and of other changes relating to the assessment via the SP. (3) The SP offers participants the opportunity to obtain information automatically via on all matters connected to the Mercedes-MG ustomer Racing hampionship. The SP provides participants with up-to-date information on current hampionship standings and all race results from around the world. The results of the races and the points obtained by the participants for the Mercedes-MG ustomer Racing hampionship will be published under their actual (real) names on the online platform. The content of the online platform is not exhaustive. ccordingly, participants are obliged to review their classifications, to retroactively submit proof of their results, and to correct erroneous data and complete missing data by at the latest. This can be done via a message to M-MG by (amg-customer-raing@daimler.com). No changes made after will be considered. (4a) Results obtained by participants in the Mercedes-MG ustomer Racing hampionship driving a vehicle other than an SLS MG GT3 or a Mercedes-MG GT3 will not be included in the classification. (b) Furthermore irrespective of the vehicle model results achieved by participants with a vehicle of an MG Performance Team are excluded. (5) Only those vehicles that, after the end of the race, have been listed and classified in the official results for the race series will be included in the classification. (6) If a driver enters several vehicles in a classification race, only the best result for that driver will be classified. This excludes results achieved with an MG Performance Team vehicle (see 1.2, 1.3 and 4.4).

5 (7) If a team vehicle is driven by several drivers in one classification race, only the vehicle will be classified (once). (8) If a team uses several vehicles in one classification race, every result achieved by a team vehicle will be included in the team classification. This excludes results achieved with an MG Performance Team vehicle (see 4.4). (9) team, participating under different names in various racing series is obliged to inform M- MG in advance of all names under which the team will be appearing. Following the evaluation of the race, the team points achieved will always be credited to the main team. Subsequent nominations are possible until (10) If teams cooperate with one another, the team that has obtained the nomination from the event organiser will be credited with the points. It is not possible for different cooperation partners to be classified multiple times; in other words, only one team will receive the points obtained. If it is not clear beyond doubt which of the teams has obtained the nomination, the result concerned will not be included in the classification and the points will be forfeited. M- MG reserves the right to demand evidence that the team has been nominated. (11) If a driver switches teams during the classification season, the team points achieved will remain with the team for which they were obtained. (12) Participants are not permitted to transfer points. (13) If a race is ended prematurely, the classification will be carried out in accordance with the FI standard, i.e. the results from the official ranking list will be used.

6 5 Mercedes-MG ustomer Racing hampionship points (1) For each classification race, the points will be awarded to the participants in accordance with the table set out below: 1st place 25 points 6th place 8 points 2nd place 18 points 7th place 6 points 3rd place 15 points 8th place 4 points 4th place 12 points 9th place 2 points 5th place 10 points 10th place 1 point (2) Multiplication factors will be applied to fixed-duration classification races as follows: Duration 24h Factor 4.00 Duration 12h to < 24h Factor 2.50 Duration 6h to < 12h Factor 1.75 Duration 4h to < 6h Factor 1.50 Duration 3h to < 4h Factor 1.30 Duration 2h to < 3h Factor 1.10 Duration 1h to < 2h Factor 1.00 Duration 0.5h to < 1h Factor 0.75 Duration 0.5h Factor 0.50 (a) The duration is determined in accordance with the published description of the classification race. Where the duration is less than 30 minutes, the distance factor will be rounded up to less than 0.5 hours. In other instances durations that fall within the defined ranges will always be rounded down to the lower distance factor (example: a 9.6-hour race will be rounded down to 6 hours). (b) If a classification race is described exclusively in terms of distance or lap information, M- MG determines the duration on the basis of the winner's time in the results list. In this case too, figures within the time-based distance range will always be rounded down to the lower distance factor (example: winning time of 9.6 hours will be rounded down to 6 hours).

7 (3) Multiplication factors will be allocated to the classes within a race series as follows: Racing category Factor 2.0 Racing category Factor 1.5 Racing category Factor 1.0 The categorisation of the specific class in a racing series is carried out at the start of the classification season, based on the relevant entry list. M-MG reserves the right to make adjustments after the final starting list has been published for the classification races in a racing series. The participants will be informed in advance of any changes to the categorisation via the SP. (4) If fewer than four vehicles in any one class start a race, participants will be awarded half points rather than the full points score. 6 Prizes (1) M-MG and the Mercedes-MG ustomer Racing hampionship partners will award prizes for exceptional performance in MG customer racing both to PRO DRIVER and to DRIVER. The best drivers from both categories will be recognised in this way. Only PRO DRIVER or DRIVER who have proven their FI driver classification to M-MG by at the latest will be eligible to win prizes (see 2 para. 2).

8 (a) The following prizes will be awarded for PRO DRIVER in the Mercedes-MG ustomer Racing hampionship 2016/2017: 1st place 2nd place 3rd place 4th place 5th place Mercedes-MG 63 oupé Limited-edition watch from IW Schaffhausen Limited-edition MG Rotwild ike Tailor-made FreeM racing suit from Racehouse24 in M-MG design Tailor-made FreeM racing suit from Racehouse24 in M-MG design The top ten drivers also receive a "Mercedes-MG ustomer Racing hampionship" trophy. (b) The following prizes will be awarded for DRIVER in the Mercedes-MG ustomer Racing hampionship 2016/2017: 1st place 2nd place 3rd place 4th place 5th place Mercedes-MG 63 oupé Limited-edition watch from IW Schaffhausen Limited-edition MG Rotwild ike Tailor-made FreeM racing suit from Racehouse24 in M-MG design Tailor-made FreeM racing suit from Racehouse24 in M-MG design The top ten drivers also receive a "Mercedes-MG ustomer Racing hampionship" trophy. (c) M-MG points out that the delivery of the Mercedes-MG 63 oupé vehicle as the prize for the 1st PRO DRIVER and DRIVER place is carried out by the MG Performance entre responsible for the winner. This may lead to country-specific delays in delivery of the vehicle beyond the control of M-MG. (2) The following prizes will be awarded for the TEMS in the Mercedes-MG ustomer Racing hampionship 2016/2017: 1st place 2nd place 3rd place 4th place 5th place SP credit worth 50,000 euros SP credit worth 40,000 euros SP credit worth 30,000 euros SP credit worth 20,000 euros SP credit worth 10,000 euros The top ten teams also receive a "Mercedes-MG ustomer Racing hampionship" trophy.

9 (3) Where participants have achieved the same number of points, positions will be determined by the highest number of wins within the class, then by the number of 2nd place classifications in the class, then by the number of 3rd place classifications in the class. If the number of points is still equal, the participant with the greater number of pole positions will be the winner. The parameters cited refer to the races driven during the classification period. If participants are still tied, lots will be drawn. (4a) If the winners incur country-specific income tax, profit tax or other taxes for a prize, these are to be borne by the winners. (b) Only PRO DRIVER and DRIVER may assign the award to third parties; it is not permissible for TEMS to do so. The award winners must notify M-MG of the planned assignment on or before Unless M-MG has received a written notice of assignment, it is under no obligation to disburse the prizes to third parties. (c) Prizes cannot be paid in cash or otherwise converted. This also applies if vouchers or credits are not used. No alternative will be offered if a prize is rejected. (5a) The awards ceremony will take place following the end of the classification period, in all likelihood in December (b) ll customer teams and all drivers will be invited to attend the end-of-season party hosted by Mercedes-MG ustomer Racing in the Stuttgart region. Should any of the prize winners be unable to attend, the prize will be presented at a separate event in ffalterbach. (c) Prize winners pay their own travel and accommodation expenses for the end-of-season party.

10 7 Exclusion of recourse to legal action / Jurisdiction (1) The decision of M-MG as adjudicator within the meaning of 661 German ivil ode (G) is final, and legal recourse is excluded. (2) The parties are not permitted to appeal to sports arbitration bodies in connection with the Mercedes-MG ustomer Racing hampionship. (3) These Terms are governed exclusively by German substantive law, so far as permitted by law. If there is no provision excluding the right of recourse and if claims may be brought against M-MG and a jurisdiction agreement is permitted pursuant to 38 German ode of ivil Procedure (ZPO), it is hereby agreed that the courts of Stuttgart will have jurisdiction. 8 Miscellaneous provisions (1) M-MG reserves the right to exclude from the Mercedes-MG ustomer Racing hampionship participants who have been punished for a violation of sports laws or who have conducted themselves in a manner detrimental to the reputation of the Mercedes-MG ustomer Racing hampionship on multiple occasions or in such a way that its reputation is gravely damaged. (2) Should individual provisions of these Terms of Participation be or become ineffective, this will not affect the effectiveness of the other provisions. The ineffective provisions will be replaced by an appropriate provision that most closely corresponds to the purpose of the ineffective provisions.
