RP advised she was supposed to drop grandchildren of a the mother's residence today but did not feel comfortable because the Resp had text RP saying she did not have any food or money. There is no custody order in place. RP wanted to know if she could leave the children with her son (the father) because she knew he had food and money. Advised the RP based on the information she provided, if the father wished to take the children and there was no custody order in place she could bring the children to the fathers. RP was advised to speak with her son about custody orders if she felt it was necessary to resolve these types of incidents.. He kicked it near a mailbox on the right side of King Arthor's CT when going into the court. There was enough dog feaces on the deck that would leave me to believe the dog had been out there for a couple days. I had dispatch try and contact the owner but they were unsuccessful. PML security spoke with a neighbor who said there are usually cars at the house but they had not seen any cars in a few days. Dispatch later informed me that the dog's owner had passed away a few days ago. I took the dog to the animal control office in Jamestown.. The vehicle yielded at Westside. The occupants exited and the driver refused to cooperate. The driver fled W/B Tuolumne Road in the vehicle. Deputies located the vehicle on Tuolumne Road which had crashed. No other vehicles were involved. An area search was conducted including the Old Brethron church however the suspect was not located. The suspect was identified as Wesley Murray after finding his possessions in the vehicle as being ID'd by pursuing CHP Officers. The report was handled by CHP.. Disposition: Dog Used.
