Rp stated a renter on her property located a vehicle stuck in the mud on "BLM" land near the Rp's property. Rp stated approx 2 weeks ago a battery was taken from one of her vehicles and she wasn't sure if this vehicle was associated. Rp called a neighbor who stated he knew who the vehicle belonged to and it had been there for approx 24 hours. The neighbor told the Rp the vehicle might be associated with people who have a mining claim in that area. Rp wished for documentation only. I called the R/O of the stuck vehicle but got no answer..
