HE BARGED HIS WAY INTO IPS ADDRESS WITHOUT HER GIVING HIM PERMISSION AND STARTED DEMANDING HE TAKE AWAY GOODS OR THAT CALLER WOULD LIKE TO MAKE A COMPLAINT ABOUT ROSSENDALE BALIFFS WHO WORK ON BEHALF OF NE LINCS COUNCIL - HE ISN'T COMPLAINING ABOUT THEM COMING ROUND OR WHY THEY CAME ROUND BUT THAT THE MALE BALIFF XXXX WHO WAS VERY PHYSICAL WITH HIS PARTNER XXXX CALLER STATES A BAILIFF HAS JUST ATTENDED AT HER ADDRESS UNANOUNCED AND FORCED HIS WAY INTO HER PROPERTY, SHE FELT VERY INTIMIDATED AND ASKED HIM TO LEAVE HE REFUSED SAYING NOT UNTIL HE HAD THE MONEY UP FRONT AND HE THEN PHYSICALLY PUSHED IFT BACK ONTO AT ON 06/04/2009 A MALE CALLED XXXX ATTENDED AT MY HOUSE HE WORKS OR A BALIFF COMPANY CALLED ROSENDALES XXXX.THE MALE KNOCKED ON MY FRONT DOOR AND ASKED ME TO COME OUTSIDE CALLER IS RINGING ON BEHALF OF XXXX - XXXX XXXX. XXXX IS BEING HARASSED BY A COLLECTION AGENCY. SHE HAS HAD A LETTER SAYING THAT SHE OWES MONEY AND WHEN SHE SENT A LETTER BACK ASKING WHO THE Caller has received a letter from Rossendales (debt collecters) stating that they will be calling round today, with a locksmith and taking infs belongings. He said when he had initial contact with them, they listed items that belong to his flat mate, no CALLER IS AN AUSTRALIAN LIVING IN HULL AND HAD A DEBT TO HULL CITY COUNCIL FOR COUNCIL TAX. THIS DEBT WAS TAKEN OVER BY ROSSENDALES DEBT AGENCY. A BAILIFF ATTENDED AT THE ADDRESS ON 08/02/2010 REQUESTING CASH OR PROPERTY FOR THE VALUE OF THE DEBT. CALL
