1 Proposed Key Personnel FTE is a DBE & MBE firm founded in FTE s Land and Sports Development Division members are na onally recognized for master planning, site civil engineering, landscape architecture, transporta on engineering and playing field design consultants, project management, infrastructure design, permi ng, QA/QC and construc on administra on of all site civil, landscape architecture and transporta on projects. The scope of services varies depending on the type of athle c facility being planned or renovated based on exis ng and proposed programming. The firms sports design resume experience ranges from high school athle cs, NCAA mul -use track and field complexes, municipal community parks and recrea onal tournament sports complexes to professional mul -use sports complexes, MLS, MLB and NFL Stadiums. The firm con nues to design and develop state of the art irriga on systems, improved surface drainage and under drain collec on systems for natural and synthe c playing fields. The firm is headquartered in Punta Gorda, Florida and has addi onal offices located in Tampa, Miami and Chipley, Florida, as well as in the states of Georgia, Kansas and Missouri. Our interna onal offices are located in Hyderabad, India and Cali Valle, Colombia. FTE carries all the necessary Licenses and Insurances required to provide professional engineering and addi onal design services and has substan al financial stability. Ravi Devaguptapu, PE, PTOE, Principal / Engineer of Record Ravi is a licensed Professional Engineer with over 19 years of experience. He has managed and ac vely par cipated in numerous sports development design projects as the engineer of record. His project management du es included; scope of services, man hour nego a ons, scheduling staffing produc on resource alloca on, quality control, quality assurance and coordina on. Joseph P. Daly, PLA, LEED AP, Vice President / Senior Landscape Architect Joe is a licensed Landscape Architect with over 16 years of experience in site master planning, landscape architectural design and construc on management. His work has included land planning, conceptual and schema c design on large and small scale projects on to the construc on documents and detailing of those concepts. Combining these talents with his ability to interact effec vely and efficiently with the client, consultants and contractors allows for a streamlined, cost effec ve and successful project each me. William J. McBride, Director of Land & Sports Development / Designer Bill has proven ability in master planning and permi ng of infrastructure improvements over the last 22 years. He has been a key design team member in the civil engineering design, playing fields, permi ng and project administra on for several high profile Sports Complexes located in approximately 15 States, working directly with na onal and interna onal sports architectural firms.

The playing field specifica ons contained all the required playing field components necessary to meet NCAA standards. The new playing field design incorporates a new state of the art subsurface underdrain collec on system and details for the new playing field renova on. SPORTING KC CLUB SOCCER VILLAGE IN SWOPE PARK - CHAMPIONSHIP FIELD - PROFESSIONAL PLAYING FIELD PEER REVIEW Prepared a value engineering review and report for the championship mul -use athle c field; made sound professsional value engineering recommenda on on the natural playing field sub-surface drainage collec on system based on 85% complete construc on plans and wri en specifica ons documents. NEW ATLANTA FALCONS NFL ST ADIUM, CITY OF ATLANTA-MULTI-USE PLAYING FIELD FEASIBILITY MATRIX STUDY Prepared a preliminary playing field matrix to analyze both synthe c and natural turf op ons for the new stadium playing field surface. The new playing field design is being designed in accordance with the Na onal Football League (NFL) and Major League Soccer (MLS) field standards. The stadium field will be designed, constructed and cer fied in accordance with FIFA standards. FTE will also be providing full design and construc on administra on services rela ng to the new stadium playing field. J.C. HARMON HIGH SCHOOL - AR T LAWRENCE STADIUM MULTI-USE SPORTS FIELD PLAYING FIELD DESIGN Prepared a matrix to compare the analysis of synthe c and natural turf for the renova on of the stadium playing surface. The client chose to go with synthe c. Prepared a field dimension and layout plan, surface grading in accordance with the Geotechnical Report, surface drainage plan and field irriga on system plans along with all relevant details and specifica ons for bid and in accordance with KSHAA rules and regula ons for safety and playability. On a 160 acre site. The playing field was designed to accommodate both professional football and MLS soccer. This was a natural turf playing field design. UNIVERSITY OF PHOENIX STADIUM, ARIZONA CARDINALS Prepared the conceptual feasibility study and alterna ve design concepts for the proposed natural turf removable playing field. The conceptual removable natural turf playing field design was approved for construc on by the Arizona Cardinals ownership based on the original documenta on presented. METLIFE NFL STADIUM, EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ Metlife Stadium is the only NFL stadium to be shared by two teams, the New York Gaints and New York Jets.
