2 PATT CORPORATION Patt Corporation was founded in 1926 as a Chicago company supplying the local industrial and commercial marketplace with high quality security products. Patt Corporation still exists today as a Chicago based company supplying the United States and international marketplace with high quality security products that can be enhanced to meet custom requirements of the end user. Patt Corporation places a high priority on the ability to ship orders complete in 24 hours or less. In order to ship in that time period we maintain an extensive inventory. 3 CUSTOM LASER ENGRAVING ALUMINUM Patt Corporation stocks all eight colors (Red, Blue, Green, Yellow, Brown, Orange, and Purple) in the 1-1/2 inch width aluminum lock as well as the 3 shackle lengths of 1, 1-1/2 and 3 inches. 1-3/4 and 2 inch wide body aluminum padlocks are also in stock. 4 CUSTOM KEYING Custom keying allows the end user the convenience to open a multitude of locks with a single key or allows management the ability to open an entire system, yet maintain single lock integrity for the individual user. The following examples are options that are available: KD KD KD KD KEYED DIFFERENT Each padlock will only open with its own individual key. KA KA KA KA KEYED ALIKE Each padlock will open with a single key. Any number of padlocks can be custom pinned to operate with a single key. KA KA KA KA KEYED ALIKE IN SETS Each set will open with a single key. Each set will only open with a single key that is unique to that set. 1 2 KD KD KD KD MASTER KEYED Each padlock will open with its individual key, and a master key will open all padlocks within the system. 5 CUSTOM SERVICES In addition to custom engraving and keying, Patt Corporation performs a wide range of custom services to create a more user friendly product or to add a greater level of security. RESTRICTED KEYS: A unique cylinder and key profile makes unauthorized duplication of the working key very difficult. KEY RETAINING: Key can not be removed unless the shackle is in the closed (locked) position. MASTER LOCK KEYING: Master 4 pin key (1K) and cylinder installed in an American Lock padlock to match existing Master Lock key numbers. REKEYING: Padlocks in service can be re-keyed to eliminate the use of an unauthorized key or the proliferation of keys in use. ID TAG: 1-1/4 inch diameter brass ID tag, engraved and secured to lock shackle. Available for 1/4, 5/16, 3/8 and 7/16 inch diameter shackles. CHAIN ATTACHMENT: 9 inch zinc plated chain available for attachment on all 1/4, 5/16, 3/8 and 7/16 inch diameter shackles. CHARTING: Patt Corporation can keep a record of key numbers used in a custom built order. Charting helps eliminate key number duplication. DISCONTINUED KEY NUMBERS: Patt Corporation can key into any existing and discontinued American Lock key number in blade tumbler padlocks (H10 & L50 series). CAM LOCK & CAM: Tubular and flat key cam locks, available keyed different and keyed alike to existing key numbers. Custom bent cams are also available. PADLOCK REFUR- BISHING: Padlock is disassembled, cleaned and rebuilt with new parts as required.
