The list of confirmed entries is included within this mailout. Please check this carefully and notify the BUSA office if there are any errors. Withdrawals: If your university would like to withdraw an entrant before the Championships please wes@busa.org.uk with the details. No refunds can be made after the closing deadline. Weigh in & Medical: Each participant must produce the following documentation at weigh-in;

2 Current ABAE Medical Card. This card must be endorsed with a current season sticker University Registration Card - Please note that NUS cards will not be accepted. Proof of age. All participants must be born before 6 December 1989 to be 18 years old on the 6 December Female only. Female boxers should note that non-pregnancy certificates must be produced at the weigh-in. This must be done in advance of the event. The organisers reserve the right to withdraw competitors that fail to produce any of the identification documents required. Draw: Equipment & Safety: The draw for the Championships will take place after scales close on Friday. Only boxers who have passed the weigh in and medical will be entered into the draw. Failure to arrive on time for the weigh in could jeopardise your inclusion in the draw. BUSA reserves the right to withdraw competitors from this tournament. Gloves will be provided by the ABAE. All competitors are also required to wear protective bandages under the gloves. Personal competition head guards must be worn during all bouts. Please note this means competition head guard not training head guards. Head guards must be IEBA approved. The ABAE can provide head guards if required. Fitted gum shields and protective cups must be worn by all competitors. BUSA Championships: Automatic Qualification Those competitors that have entered the English Universities Boxing Championships and do not have opposition will automatically qualify for the BUSA Boxing Championships to be held on March Competitors will be required to weigh-in on Friday morning to confirm their weight and eligibility. Qualification through English Universities Competitors that place either 1 st or 2 nd at the English Universities Boxing Championships will be asked to complete an entry form into the BUSA Boxing Championships to be held on March Those who place 1 st will receive automatic qualification and competitors who place 2 nd will be first reserve and may be invited to the Championships if any of the other qualifiers are unable to attend.
