5 Current installation method example 1 With the TNA Industries JMS example 2 Product description The TNA Industries Job Management System (JMS) was developed by installers for installers to assist with the day to day installation of telecommunications infrastructure. The JMS enables you to quickly identify each bundle with the use of individual colours (example 2) as opposed to the current method of permanent marker (example 1). Thus saving time and increasing efficiency with the elimination of mistakes, double ups, missing cables, indiscernible hand written numbers. VISUAL REFERENCE

6 Install Kit Contents 10 sheets of 54 labels (2 sets of 5 colours) 1 sheet of pathway identifying labels including directional arrows 5 job progress management cards FEATURES: 5 different colours per kit for easy identification of bundles (5 kits of unique colours available for large installations up to 600 outlets ) Bold white numbers for easy identification Numbered 3 times with colours wrapping around entire cable for 360 identification Durable polypropylene label material Labels are numbered consecutively from 1 to 600 across a range of 25 colours (1-24 Blue,25-48 Orange, Green ETC) Each of the colour range is sub numbered (1 24) for easy termination of Patch panels and switch port identification KIT CONTENTS INSTRUCTIONS: Wrap label 500mm from each end of cable For application see instruction sheet included. First set for rough-in (eg Blue, Orange). Use different colours for each bundle of 24 for easy identification at fit out stage Second set for replacing first set when shortening cable at both ends when terminating (eg Blue,25-48 Orange as used above) Pathway labels can be used to identify the cable pathways where T- bar ceilings have been used To assist with the onsite management of the installation, the job progress management cards should be filled out at all stages from rough-in to handover as a quick reference of job progress and completion / sign off.

7 Communication pathway markers As installed Product description Each of the install kits contains 1 sheet of communication pathway markers, these are intended for use on the underside of the T-bar ceiling to mark the pathways installed above in the ceiling void. This will assist with the location of pathways on return visits to site for adds, moves and changes reducing the time needed for the removal of unnecessary tiles when trying to locate the installed pathways. This enables the foreman to: Keep track of the cable installation from start to finish Easily claim progress payments Track productivity and performance Identify missed and multiple runs Other benefits: Cards manage the colours during install without the confusion of customer numbers Covers all aspects of the install Introduces a focused approach to the install which in turn increases productivity JOB PROGRESS / MANAGEMENT CARD The job card can also be incorporated as part of the sign off documentation, enabling the end user to have peace of mind knowing that all aspects of the project have been checked off.

15 Example Here you can see how the 2 nd set of labels from each kit have been used as the cable identifier for the final numbering. If the client has a specific labelling convention, this can be applied to the front face of the panels/faceplates with the job cards becoming the final patch records and reference for the associated cable number scheme. This is currently available in a wide range of colours to meet your labelling requirements. As this product is laser cut, your imagination is the limit when it comes to detailed shapes or intricate designs.
